Tee Time Penalties: No-show and short-show tee times as well as late cancellations adversely affect our club's operations by leading to lost revenue and reducing opportunities for fellow members. The term \"short-show” refers to a situation where fewer players than expected arrive for a reserved tee time, leading to underutilization of the slot. To address these issues, any missed, short-show, or tee times not canceled in a timely manner will incur a penalty fee of $28.00 per person (equivalent to a cart fee). For example, any member (primary, secondary, social) on the tee sheet who doesn’t show for their tee time will be charged the penalty fee of $28.00 per person. Any member who is the sponsor for a guest that doesn’t show for the tee time will be charged the penalty fee of $28.00 per person. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, but no later than 5 pm on the preceding day. The Golf Shop reserves the right to exercise discretion when enforcing this policy specifically during inclement weather, frost or lightning delays, or during periods when the tee sheet is largely unbooked (i.e. numerous preceding and succeeding available tee times). This policy is intended to ensure optimal utilization of tee times, especially during high demand hours/days and maintain member satisfaction.5. Carts:• 18-holes: $30.00 per rider • 9-holes: $15.00 per rider6. Annual Club Storage:• $225.00 per year per bag• $125.00 per year per bag for juniors

To ensure that all members have equitable access to the course, it's imperative that reserved tee times are utilized efficiently and not left unused or underutilized. Unused or wasted tee times not only hinder fellow members' opportunities to play but also impact the club's overall scheduling and operations. We kindly request that members honor their reservations or provide timely cancellations, allowing others the chance to enjoy the course. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all.Definitions used for this Tee Time and ForeTees Scheduling Policy section:• Member: The individual who is designated as the primary member.• Spouse: The wife or husband of the primary member.• Significant Other: Designated through the Membership Office with the same privileges as a spouse.• Guests: Someone who is not a Member, Spouse, Significant Other or Dependent.• Dependents (aka Juniors): Children of the Member, Spouse or Significant Other under the age of 24. • Social Members: Those members with restricted access to the golf course and are required to pay green fees to play. • Family Guests: Non-dependent children, children’s spouses, siblings, parents, or grandparents of the Member, Spouse or Significant Other. Groups are limited to a maximum of three (3) golf carts unless granted a special exception by the Golf Shop.8. Fivesomes are permitted but they must adhere to the Pace of Play policy, specifically completing play within 4 hours and 10 minutes. Violation of this expectation may result in all players being denied the right to participate in fivesomes for the remainder of the season. RECOMMENDED TEESWhile various factors influence pace of play—such as course design, setup, and tee time intervals —golfers have direct control over selecting the appropriate tees. The USGA's \"Best Tees\" system recommends choosing tees based on your average 7-iron distance to enhance both the pace and enjoyment of the game. We encourage all golfers to utilize this guideline and the table below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on the course.7-IRON DISTANCE BEST COURSE LENGTH ROLLING HILLS TEES80 yards or less 3,500 - 3,700 Junior95 yards 4,100 - 4,300 Red110 yards 4,800 - 5,000 Red125 yards 5,400 - 5,600 Copper140 yards 5,900 - 6,100 Silver or Blue/Silver Combos155 yards 6,400 - 6,600 Blue or Blue/Black Combos170+ yards 6,700 - 6,900+ BlackPACE OF PLAYThe Club is committed to enhancing every member’s golf experience. Pace of Play is a very important aspect of your experience. The commanding USGA rule on pace of play is \"You must keep up with the group in front of you\". We expect every golfer to accept the responsibility of maintaining their position on the course relative to the pace of play and target time.To ensure an efficient pace of play, our staff actively monitors and records the speed of rounds. This data is regularly reviewed to identify trends and proactively address any slowdowns. Additionally, habitual violators of our pace of play policy are identified for appropriate action at the discretion of the Golf Committee, which may include restricted playing privileges.

Updated 4.15.261. Each golfer and/or group should target playing in 2 hours for 9-holes and 4 hours to complete 18-holes, as pace-rated by the Colorado Golf Association. However, all golfers are expected to play 18-holes in no more than 4 hours and 10 minutes. Groups and/or members not meeting the expectations of this Pace of Play policy are subject to a warning letter from the Golf Committee which may include restricted playing privileges.2. Golfers are expected to arrive at the first tee box five (5) minutes prior to their scheduled tee time so they can strive to finish teeing off at their scheduled time. 3. Falling behind is defined as follows:a. When a group arrives on the tee of a par 3 hole and the hole is clear.b. When a group fails to clear the tee of a par 4 hole before the proceeding group clears the putting green.c. When a group arrives at the teeing ground of a par 5 hole when the preceding group is on the putting green.4. If a group has fallen behind, groups are strongly encouraged to expedite play such as two putt maximums, double bogey maximum and/or foregoing a search for a lost ball. 5. A member of the golf staff may also approach the group and politely ask to pick up their pace of play. They will provide the following requests:a. Provide an initial friendly reminder and communicate the expectation for the group to regain proper position.b. If a second discussion is necessary, the group will be asked to skip the hole(s) to regain position.c. If a third warning is necessary, the warned group will receive a letter from the Golf Committee documenting their failure to maintain an acceptable pace of play. This letter indicates that the group is being warned for slow play, and future violations may lead to restricted and/or loss of playing privileges including guest privileges.6. Repeated failures to maintain appropriate position on the golf course and/or not playing in the prescribed 4 hours 10 minutes will result in additional letters from the Golf Committee which will outline the restricted playing privileges.HANDICAPS

Updated 4.15.26Golf handicaps are important because they level the playing field, allowing golfers of different skill levels to compete fairly. A handicap represents a golfer’s potential ability, adjusting their score to account for their skill level. This system encourages competition, promotes fairness, and helps track personal improvement over time.1. All members must have an established handicap to participate in any club competition.2. Members are strongly encouraged to enter scores hole-by-hole within GHIN rather than in 9-hole or 18-hole aggregate. This ensures that net scores are accurately logged in accordance with hole handicaps.3. Members not having handicaps should contact the Golf Shop for handicap purposes.4. Member handicaps are monitored using a 3rd party software tool to ensure that a member’s handicap index is reflective of that member’s playing potential. When a member is flagged by the system, it will recommend an adjustment to the GHIN index of that member’s handicap to promote fair play.5. Golf handicaps for tournaments are subject to adjustment at the sole discretion of the Golf Shop and Golf Committee to ensure fair and competitive play.GOLF CARTS & WALKING CARTS1. Golf Carts:a.
