It is resolved that approval be given to a Capital Assessment of $8,500,000 for the following club improvements:
• New Tennis Pavilion
Kitchen, bar, and indoor/outdoor restaurant seating
Restrooms for driving range and outdoor tennis courts
• Tennis Facility Improvements
Upgrades/ Renovation
Locker Rooms
Upstairs Viewing Lounge
• Replace bunkers and green surrounds
• New 14 Green
• New tee boxes for #10
• Update Hole #1, 2, 3 / Expanding #9, 11, & 18 Fairways along with various cart path updates and

infrastructure
• 6/7 pond

New tee boxes for #6, 8, & 17
• New halfway house and restrooms after #5/6
• New programming area and putting green between hole #5 & 6

The assessment will be billed beginning July 31, 2022.
• Golf Assessment $18,000 to be billed in 3 yearly installments as follows: $7,000, $6,000, $5,000
• Junior Golf Assessment $18,000 to be billed in 4 yearly installments as follows: $4,500, $4,500, $4,500, $4,500
• Social Assessment $9,000 to be billed in 3 yearly installments as follows: $4,000, $3,000, $2,000
Categories of members that have graduated dues, e.g., Senior Golf Members and Senior Social Members, surviving

spouse, will pay the graduated amounts.
Additional information about the resolution has been shared at member meetings, correspondence, fact sheets,

and online.
ARTICLE 11, Section 9 of the Bylaws mandates a vote by Voting Members on this resolution.
