Dr. Willis Lonzer III
General President Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc

GENERAL PRESIDENT-ELECT LONZER is a respected leader in
the fraternity, business, and his community. He is an executive
scientist with 20 years of global pharmaceutical research and
development and global medical affairs experience. A native
of Richmond, Virginia, he matriculated to Delaware State
University, where he was a Charles Waples Scholar in chemistry
and earned Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. While at
Delaware State, he joined the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
through the Gamma Sigma Chapter on November 15, 1986. He also
holds the Doctor of Philosophy degree in biochemistry from The University of
Akron, where was a prestigious Patricia Roberts Harris Predoctoral Fellow. Dr. Lonzer was also a
postdoctoral fellow in physiology and biophysics at Case Western Reserve University, School of
Medicine. Fraternally, General President-Elect Lonzer is the Immediate Past Midwestern Regional
Vice President and a member of the Xi Lambda Chapter in Chicago, IL. Previously, he served as a
Chapter President at the college and alumni levels; College Step Master; College Chapter Advisor;
Area Director; District Director of Ohio; and has been a member of multiple committees on the
regional and general levels of the fraternity.

Justin Giles
Founder - GHI Capital &
Principal Broker - Real Estate Gurus

Justin Giles, is the founder of hedge fund GHI Capital. He is also the
principal Broker and founder of Real Estate Gurus. After graduating early
from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics, he started his own real
estate business buying and renovating single family homes. From his
experience working on Wall Street paired with 1st hand life experience in
real estate investing, Mr. Giles has developed a lucrative business strategy
that works in good and bad markets.
Mr. Giles began his real estate career in 2006, learning what NOT to do when
investing in real estate. Then in 2008, he weathered the economic housing crash
to make significant profits where others have lost fortunes. In fact, Mr. Giles earned large profits during the
housing market crisis. Having built his real estate business in one of the worst markets ever, Giles has since
acquired over 300 properties becoming one of the youngest self-made millionaires at the time. Since then,
Giles has been featured in various publications such as Black Enterprise, Uptown Magazine, Ebony Magazine
and many others. Justin authored the best seller “Learn to Fish and Eat Forever” The Ultimate Guide to Real
Estate Investing, in an effort to teach people all across the globe, the basics to being a successful real estate
investor.

Bishop Craig Worsham is the Founder & Sr. Pastor of The Agape Church
of Los Angeles (Agape LA). Agape is a Church committed to Loving, Lifting,

A respected spiritual leader, philanthropist, and humanitarian, he is
dedicated to creating and providing programs, resources, and services to

speaker, lecturer, and writer with a burden to equip and empower people and church leaders to transform the
world. His expertise in church planting, community development, and youth ministry development have blessed
many churches across the globe. Known for his “uncensored” and “down to earth” preaching style, Bishop
Worsham has the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds, specifically focusing on emotional
healing and restoring the spiritual authority of the believer.
Currently, Bishop Worsham serves as National Director of Faith Based & Community Partnerships for the National
Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) headquartered in Baltimore, MD. In this capacity, Bishop Worsham
brings the Faith & Civic Community together as NAREB strives to create 2 million new African American
Homeowners in 5 years.
Bishop Worsham has studied and prepared himself academically at Prairie View A&M University studying Political
Science and English, Covenant Theological Seminary studying Divinity, Abundant Faith Seminary studying
Christian Education & Episcopal Church Studies and The University of Southern California (USC) Cecil Murray
Center for Civic & Community Engagement studying Public Policy & Civic Engagement.
He is the father of 1 daughter, Kennedi who is 14.

Madeline Salzman, Management & Programs Analyst in
the U.S. Dept. of Energy’s Building Technologies Office

Madeline Salzman is a Management & Programs Analyst in the
U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office.
Madeline focuses on increasing access to accurate energy
efficiency information for homeowners and professionals
through managing the Home Energy Score™ program and the
Better Buildings® Workforce Accelerator. She also conducts
strategic analysis on how to increase affordability of and access
to efficiency retrofits in US housing across income groups,
regions, and housing types. Prior to joining the Building Technologies
Office in 2015, Madeline received her Master of Public Service from the
University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and worked on residential efficiency and
solar in Missouri, Arkansas, and rural India.
