The Restaurant
Seating capacity: 60 people indoors/90 people indoor/outdoor
Our Dining Room overlooks our expansive patio space and
seasonal fish shack, The 100 Pound Clam. Diners can watch seaplanes
land on Lake Union or watch their food and drinks being prepared in
our open kitchen and bar. It can accommodate up to 22 people seated.
Covered patio table and bar seating is available for up to 30 people .
The Swan Room is a semi-
private dining area featuring a tall,
large table fit for a king. Surrounded
by a cookbook library and the original
sign that inspired the restaurant, two
long booths and several bar stools
wrap around the table for seating. It
can accommodate 6 - 8 people for a
comfortable meal or up to 12 of the
coziest friends. This area is partially
separated from the entrance and
restaurant by a vaulted curtain.
The Bar is the perfect gathering area for celebrating a retirement,
promotion, or hosting your post corporate event. Whether it’s an oyster
shucking demonstration, whiskey tasting, or happy hour gathering, your guests
will enjoy craft cocktails, local brews, waterfront views and have direct access to
our covered patio and heaters. The bar can accommodate up to 22 people seated
and up to 30 standing.

Patio Life in Seattle doesn’t get much sweeter than at The White Swan
Public House and The 100 Pound Clam. With over 600 square feet patio
located outside the restaurant, Guests can enjoy the open air, sunsets,
seaplanes, and sailboats while dining. Table and bar seating make this the
perfect gathering space to unwind after a day in the office or on the water!
The 100 Pound Clam is our seasonal
fish shack, which is open during the spring,
summer, and fall. It features wooden benches and
tables and a standing bar area. Guests can enjoy
casual outdoor dining after a day of kayaking or
sailing on Lake Union with complimentary
moorage on our dock!
Private Event Room
Our Private Event Room is located directly above our restaurant.
With a separate entrance, private amenities, and technology capability, this event
space is the perfect setting for a company meeting or organizational gathering.

All room reservations and food/beverage costs include staffing,
linens, and plating/silverware/glassware. We are happy to coordinate
additional specialized decorations, table arrangements, linens, etc.
for your event.
Once a contract is finalized, 25% payment is required at the signing to
secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the
event.
