3 CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION 1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE PAPER Confirmation letters are used by individuals,organization and businesses every day for a different purposes. For example receiving services and permits about equipment and place for seminar or meeting. When you sent a letter confirming a service, you must reatate all of the details. The recipient needs to know that understand the information and will fulfill the request accurately. Before you write the letter, review all the information. If necessary contact other people in your company who are involved. The body of confirming a service there are is opening, focus,action and closing. 1.2 PROBLEM FORMULATION 1. What is the meant by confirming a service? 2. What is the body of confirming a service? 3. What is example of a model letter? 1.3 PURPOSE OF THE PAPER From the preparation of this paper it is hoped that readers and authors will be able to understand the material for a confiriming a service which consists of definition,model letter, the body of the letter and exercise. At the same time, this paper was ,made to fulfill the English correspondence coursework.

For example receiving services and permits about equipment and place for seminar or meeting. A confirmation letter is a document that professionals write to reply to an offer or invitation, such as if they can attend an event, such as reservations, business meetings or appointments. Another way that you may use a confirmation letter is to document verbal agreements to make sure that there's written proof of what has been discussed.
