Order online at www.diyaonline.com where you can shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Shop in the Diya Store at 320 Selbourne Road, Luton, LU4 8NU. Open Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and
Sunday 11:00 to 19:00.
DELIVERY
For UK Mainland there are various different shipping options, which can be selected to suit you.
Next Working Day, costs £5.95. Order before 5pm Monday to Friday to receive your order on the next working
day. Orders placed on Thursday after the cut off time will be delivered on Monday, any orders placed on Friday
after the cut off time, or over the weekend will be dispatched for Tuesday delivery.
Standard Delivery, costs £4.95 and we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.
However, delivery can take between 2-3 working days.
Special Deliveries, timed and weekend options are also available at a cost, please visit our website for more
information.
Please note all deliveries take place Monday to Friday, except where a weekend service has been selected and
purchased. This excludes all Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
Deliveries can take place between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00, and a signature will be
required at the time of delivery.
Diya Online now accepts International Orders, please check online for further details.
PAYMENTS
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal (online only). However, please ensure the correct
billing address is provided to avoid any delays in processing your order. For your security all payments are taken
via a secure payment gateway and we are compliant with all PCI regulations. Please note that we do not accept
Postal Orders or Cheques as a valid method of payment.
RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, unworn in their original
packaging and barcode label intact. Please complete the returns note in full and enclose it with your parcel,
any additional points can be noted on a separate sheet of paper. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited
to Cosmetics and Pierced Jewellery items, due to compliance with Hygiene Regulations. We do not provide an
exchange service, so all items will need to be returned and then reordered. Should you wish to return items
purchased online to the Diya Store then simply take your item/s with your returns note, where a refund request
will be issued. Please note you will not be able to exchange an item that was purchased through Diya Online with
items available in store. You will need to carry out a separate transaction in store. Please note that we comply with
all distant selling regulations and you statutory rights are not affected.
