FAQS Q: Is your turnaround time really four weeks for graphic design? A: Yes. When we receive your project, it goes into a queue. We do not start on your project the same day you submit it. We get multiple requests a day and have several departmental projects to complete. Our creative designers use specialized software and have to plan and execute your project. We thank you for understanding. Q: How can I ensure my events are in Connecting the Pack and Timberwolf Times? A: Please ensure your events are on the College Web Calendar. All employees can create an account and add events to the Web calendar. This is the only source we use to populate these communications pieces. Connecting the Pack is aimed at employees while the Timberwolf Times is aimed at students. Please visit our LSC-Tomball Events Calendar Web page for instructions and further information (button to the left). Q: I did not reserve a room. What can I do? A: Event services does have a policy waiver request that can be filled out with your event registration. The Policy Waiver will need to be signed by your supervisor and will be forwarded to a PCAB member for approval. This process should be used sparingly; it is only for extreme situations. Ideally, if proper arrangements have not been made, please consider rescheduling your event. Please view our Event Guidelines on the Tomball Event Scheduling page (button to the right). Q: I made my flyer; why didn't you post it on social media? A: While departments are empowered to market their events, branding guidelines must be followed on official social channels. Ensuring our brand is consistent across the system is imperative to secure our digital reputation as a leading college in the nation. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
