I enjoy good old comfort food, bacon, and cast iron

cookware. I always remember

being in the kitchen since I was at a young age

Which is what lead me to working in professional kitchens when

I got old enough. I always love learning how to cook a new dish,

or learning a new way of doing things. Which in turn inspired

I can share what I've learned.
