Sabab is the annual academic journal of the Department of Political Science, Lady Shri Ram College for Women. In
Urdu, the word Sabab means reason or cause. It implies the quest for the grounding of the abstract, the grasping of the
metaphysical. Sabab publishes a compilation of imaginative, ambitious undergraduate papers each year with the aim of encouraging critical thinking and
meaningful engagement with the political phenomena around us.
