Founded by Kent Baake in 1989 with just a truck and ladder, Metro Gutter has grown significantly over 30 years. While completing a business degree at James Madison University, Kent ran the business during breaks. He now leads safety training, hiring, and business development. With a focus on challenging his team, future goals include further employee education and enhanced community involvement.
