Once logged in on the left hand side the Default folder is where you need to be.
Create a new folder for each individual Client by clicking the + then ‘New Folder’

Once created the folder click into the folder on the left then click ‘Add New Book’ Select
Version – will need to be selected on ‘FLASH’ click OK
Then Name your book and add in any extra details e.g. ‘…….Christmas Party’ ‘Proposal includes
Themes, venue, catering etc.’
Then click ‘UPLOAD YOUR PDF’ – Make sure you upload the saved finalised PDF version! – This
cannot be edited.

Once uploaded Click ‘Save and Close’
Click on Original link to test your proposal.
To send to the client just copy and paste the URL Link onto your email and send  This is an
