party for the graduating class. This was a very enjoyable
evening and it was good to be able to farewell the
Secondary 6 Class. Once again the event was organized
by Secondary 5 with a lot of input from A Gift.

Jemima is the school dux for 2020. This is the top academic award for the best overall
achievement in studies in Secondary 6. Jemima is a very enthusiastic and positive student.
She is always willing to ask when she doesn’t fully understand and this leads to great-
er understanding of the fundamentals in each subject. She is thoroughly deserving of
this award. Jemima came to us in Secondary 3 after being home schooled by her Mum.
She was given a very good foundation for her studies. She will be travelling to Uppsala
University which was founded in 1477 so it is over 500 years old and is recognized as
one of the top 100 universities in the world.
We look forward to seeing Jemima succeed with her studies there.

Muay is the Proxime Accesit for 2020. Muay has achieved this honour with genuine
hard work and application. She never gives up and has an excellent work ethic
which will set her in very good stead for her future studies. Muay came to KKVS
at the start of Secondary 4 and has adapted very well to the styles of teaching
and learning here at.
Muay is going to study Business at Khon Kaen University.

During the second to last week of the school year, the Primary department organized some competitions for
the students in Math, Spelling Bee, Thai Spelling and Social.
Students competed at two levels, Primary 1 to 3 and Primary 4 to 6. The students that passed the preliminary
round represented their house in the final round.
