I wanted to congratulate and thank you each and everyone of you for the successful
execution of the last night’s events. Actually last night’s event took a lot of efforts
and hard work since the beginning of whole preparation started on December 1st
and came until the December 31st. I can’t describe my appreciation with any words
and I can’t thank you enough, I am so honored to be part of this great Team. You all
did an amazing Job. We achieved something that is incredible and extraordinary!!!

CROSS TRAINING

My name is Ramath I started my cross training at Human Resources
Department in Accommodation section from December 01st to 31st ,
2019. I went through several responsibilities like, Checking log book
every day for maintenance , Staff entrance and all areas must be clean
every day, Familiarization of buildings and storage,

Accommodation list familiarization, Airport Mr. Ramath Suhima
transport . The training was not easy I used to Housekeeping
spend 2-3 hours everyday to ensure I
understand tasks properly .I have enjoyed my
cross training and it was very useful and
beneficial. Thanks to Mr. Joselito for his great
support and help.

Enhance Your Knowledge

I have successfully completed my one month cross training in Reservation

department. Learning new thing is very nice and I have enjoyed my training

with Reservation team. Thank you so much

training , we provide them feedback on
how they did, we celebrate the success
together through graduation ceremony
and share their successful stories to all.

On December 05th , we have welcomed
four students from Oman Tourism
Colleague to undergo their industrial
training in our Recreation & Spa
Department. The interns got a great
guide from our life guard and
underwent for several swimming
classes. The trainees have spent about
3 weeks in our hotel and gained the
basic knowledge about the life guard
responsibilities.
