EDITOR'S NOTE

As we come into the winter season, everyone feels hungrier. To combat our hungry pangs, our colleague shares his home-
style chicken gravy recipe. Making most of the Christmas break, families go for a vacation to nearby states like Rajasthan
and Madhya Pradesh, while Udaipur beckons the lovers of rich history and heritage.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility projects in villages near our plants are helping to modernise schools and make
learning engaging. Our mobile health unit reaches remote villages to spread awareness on health and hygiene. Indians are
embracing electric vehicles and INEOS Styrolution's premium grades are used for the charging docks for electric scooters.

MD'S MESSAGE

Dear readers,
We resumed work back at our Indian offices and continue to operate our plants safely with safeguards like safe
distancing and sanitization in place. As we head into 2022, everyone should continue to stay vigilant on both safety
and health fronts. Colleagues at Katol plant sustained their zeal to make SHE their way of life. Katol recently
clocked a record of 2,500 days without any recordable incidents, raising the bar of SHE across our Indian
operations. This translates into achieving optimum production and making the workspace safe.
INEOS Styrolution is gearing up for the future, the Sales and Marketing team understands the requirements of our
customers and together with our Research and Development Centre, introduced new customised grades to Ather
Grid to make charging dock cover for electric vehicles. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility endeavor, our
company is upgrading government schools near our plants, providing smart classes, washrooms, CCTV security,
solar power, and medicinal herb gardens, making schools more conducive for students to learn and enjoy.
Continued efforts spell success, just like our Mobile Health Unit project, our efforts to ensure the availability of free
healthcare for the communities near Nandesari, Moxi and Katol. Since 2019, the unit has impacted lives of over
29,000 patients with free diagnosis, medicine distribution and spreading health and hygiene awareness.
As we step into a new year, I wish everyone a productive, healthy, and safe 2022.
