1 WEDDING PLANNER AND ORGANIZER SERVICES

Wedding Planner
• Budget planning for the whole wedding arrangement.
• Provide assistance for the wedding theme and concept selection.
• Provide assistance for the wedding details selection.
• Act as a personal assistant for the bride and the groom and to facilitate appointment with
suppliers and as well as facilitating payment to related suppliers.
• Provide assistance to wedding program for reception.
Wedding Organizer
• Help the family (close family only) to do check-in on the venue, one day before the event.
• Assign a dedicated team (14 to 18 persons) to ensure that the wedding procession and
blessing ceremony are under control and smoothly done.
• Assign Personal Assistances to help the bride and the groom, and also their family
during the event starting from the morning session until the end of the day to ensure
the rundown for each session is well met and run smoothly.
• Arrange and coordinate any details in wedding procession.
• Being in charge of wedding program. (controlling the whole event).
• Helping the family (close family only) to do check-out on the day after the event.
