Chef Remi Van Peteghem
Executive Chef
Enriched by over 20 years of experience working at Michelin-starred restaurants, Rémi Van Peteghem joins the team as Executive Chef. With previous experience in Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris, Peninsula Hong Kong, and Peninsula New York, Chef Remi has earned many accolades, was a finalist for Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) in 2015, and has achieved the title of Maitre Cuisinier de France. Expect to see him put his own personal touch on the dining experience at InterContinental® Doha The City.


Chef David Girard
Executive Pastry Chef
Bringing years of renowned experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and famous hotels from around the world, including the iconic Dorchester hotel in London, Chef David Girard is our new Executive Pastry Chef. Allow him to dazzle and delight you with his signature range of pastries, cakes, and rich desserts. Chef David will also be spearheading the new La Parisienne project which will be opening in early 2019.
