prosper your business. “Energy Anirban” runs in a very low configuration system. We
maintain our own Data Center and keeps data safe in 3 places. So, client don’t need to
take risk of managing own database. Still if client wants PC Link provides in house data
center system. Our support center is just a phone call away from you. We train and also
do refreshers training to ensure smooth operation.

“Energy Anirban” is highly powerful and robust system, so it runs on any database
servers including Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, MySQL, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL etc. PC
Link chooses SQL Server for “Energy Anirban”. It will give our valuable customers to
keep their data secured and encrypted in our system.

We give high priority to our customers with cost effective, customized, secured and fast
software solution with many additional value and added services.

ONETIME LICENSING

We offer 5-year licensing as a subscription-package to “Energy Anirban”.
Client will get a chance to renew this License for a published fee which will be disclosed
six months prior to License expiration.
With the count of 24 Branches and 1 Head office, below is the license fee structure for a
total of 25 Branches.

* Only active member will be counted for service charge. Minimum amount of service charge
per branch will be 500.
All Data Entries are the responsibilities of the Client. “Energy Anirban” team will
only guide the Client needed.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully:

* Software deployment & implementation period will be determined and agreed upon
only after the Business Process Aliment (Gap Analysis).

* Exit Criteria for Deployment period is Start Using software & kick-off branch-wise
Basic Data Entry

* Exit Criteria for implementation period is verified one month auto generating report
of operation management, supply chain management and Accounting Information
system with existing manual report. If client fails to give required data time to time
then “Energy Anirban” team will not be responsible for that.

* Software Source Code and Database Structure is restricted and property of PC Link
IT Palli Ltd.

* Support service detail is included above.

Note: The above-mentioned Price shall be valid for the next 12 months. In future, if
client wishes to use “Energy Anirban” in its other branches, the price per branch
shall be subject to further negotiation. In that case, licensee shall have to place a
separate work order. All future prices are subject to Annual inflation as per
Consumer price index of the country.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

With the count of 24 Branches and 1 Head office, below is the Payment Schedule for a
total of 25 Branches.

If No of Branch changes then the following calculation will be change.

* If partial branch is started then 100% payment will be payable upfront.

Client shall ensure Operational Maintenance Charge within 7 days of receiving
invoice from PC Link IT Palli Ltd. Any delays in payment shall accrue penalty
interest at 5% per month on outstanding amounts.

OFFER VALIDITY

This proposal is valid for next 30 days.

SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT

A detailed Agreement shall have to be signed between both parties before starting
the implementation of the project. In the agreement, the detailed rights and
responsibility of both parties shall be clearly specified.

VAT & TAX
According to National Board of Revenue (NBR), Vat and Tax are exempted up to June

2025 for software companies. If Government imposes Vat and Tax on Software, licensee

will bear the VAT and Tax as applicable according to government rules.
