players than your traditional athletes because of how regular Fnatic players stream via the platform Twitch.tv. Esports
fans are known to be loyal to their teams, and by partnering with Fnatic, Nike will gain more exposure than ever before,
as the Esports industry viewership is on a continuous rise. This will result in customer retention (repeat purchases), leading
to increase in market share and incremental sales. Nike core customers and Fnatic audience synergises together,

strategy cost efficient and risk adverse.

Highlighting the impotence of Twitch being the driving force for growth in Esports viewership,
Fnatic signed an exclusive streaming partnership with Twitch, a deal which will see all Fnatic
players stream live on twitch, showcasing our intentions of achieving our mission.

We have partnered with a plethora of professional streamers/content creators such as
Kaypea, who gets thousands of viewers on a daily basis. Our players consistently gets high
viewership when they stream, watched by either Fnatic fans or players fans. This enables
Nike to access unreachable audiences.

Since we have dedicated streamers, Nike brand awareness will increase in real-time, all the
time. Broadcasters such as ESL and Riot games only streams a couple of times a week, and
even having large periods in time (when the season has ended), where there is no streams,
meaning no exposure for Nike which increases Nikes sunk costs. This will not be the case for
Fnatic, as some of our partners stream live on a full time basis.

Additionally, with Fnatic being a global Esports brand, we have teams competing in
multiple games, all which have different target audience. By partnering with Fnatic, Nike will
have access to all areas of Esports in terms of audiences, truly becoming the market leader.

Fnatic x Nike share the same goals. Both brands wants to become leader within the Esports
Industry, thus by having the same vision, both brands can execute marketing/brand
strategies efficiently.

In order to be successful in Esports, Fnatic
and Nike values must be connected. Each
project in terms of what message is being
sent to Fnatic and Esports fans must be
align with the industry expectations. That’s
why a livestream to celebrate the
partnership between the two brands will
enable a chance for Nike to explain what
they will bring to Esports, and how Fnatic
will empower that to happen (i.e. special
collectors apparel, viewing parties,
marketing campaigns etc). All of this will
lead to Esports fans accepting Nike into the

achieving their overall goals.

Nike Esports Training Club

Nike a renowned for their commitment to helping people with training,
whether that’s motivating people to start or help them create the ultimate

launched a three-day workout in East London in 2016.

Fnatic x Nike could partner to create Nike Esports Training Club, having
session focusing on the mind, bringing in professional phycologist for pro
players. There could also be training on the mental wellbeing of players, a
massive grey area in Esports currently. Nike has the resources to change that
and that will only improve Nikes CSR.

This is a great opportunity for Nike to showcase their commitment to Esports,
and Esports Enthusiast will respond positively towards Nike, leading to loyalty!

Traditional sports athletes like Gordan Hayword, Shaquille O'neal and many
more are accepting Esports, however, Nike and Fnatic together, could be
the pioneer to get Esports accepted worldwide through engagement
(NETC) and creative marketing campaigns!

different metrics depending on the objective
and aims of the partnership.
For example Nike objective is to be the brand
leader in Esports thus they will be focusing more
on Financial and Strategic fitness, where as
Fnatic wants to bring Esports to all households,
and might be looking at Relationship fitness
metric.

Scorecard results provide clues as to what's going right
and wrong, however, to uncover the results requires
further investigation.
Effort pays substantial dividends!

Conquered the East, now time for
the West!

Nike became the official LPL provider of apparel and footwear in 2019,
stamping their mark in the League of Legends scene. Nike also
understands the nature of the Esports Enthusiasts attitude in terms of
engagement, by naming “Uzi” the first Esports ambassador and including
him alongside LeBron James in a marketing campaign highlighting their
commitment.

Its now time for Nike to continue the forward push into Esports by
penetrating different competitive games to spread the risk, and there is no
better way than partnering with a Legendary brand in Fnatic who has
loyal fans across the world (even China)!

We are unofficially associated with each other in regards to AS Roma.
Nike are their kit sponsor and Fnatic have partnered up with AS Roma for
Fifa Esports. It’s time to make it official.
