Diffuser

Add 12-18 drops of essential oil to 300ml diffuser
• Sleep well, Breathe well – Lavender 8 drops, Eucalyptus 4 drops (Lavender: Eucalyptus= 2:1)
• Refresh air, Purify air - Lavender 6 drops, Tea Tree 6 drops, Eucalyptus 3 drops

(Lavender: Tea Tree: Eucalyptus= 2:2:1)
• Relax body, Purify environment - Lavender 8 drops, Tea Tree 4 drops (Lavender: Tea Tree= 2:1)
• Refresh air, Refresh mind – Tea Tree 8 drops, Eucalyptus 4 drops (Tea Tree: Eucalyptus= 2:1)

Inhale

• Add 10-15 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil
Apply to the back of the ears, elbows or wrists

• Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil on palm. Rub your hands together in front of your chest,
then raise your hands to expand your chest and spit out as you breathe

Body Massage

•Personal preference of essential oil + MELILEA PHYTO-3 CARRIER OIL BLEND,
to make DIY massage oil

Gentle Reminder:
Sensitivity varies among people. If you have sensitive skin, you can start with a low concentration and then
gradually increase it. It is recommended that you choose the concentration that is most suitable for your current
physical condition to get the best aromatherapy experience.
Low concentration: 10ml carrier oil + 3~5 drops of pure essential oil
Moderate concentration: 10ml carrier oil + 6~9 drops of pure essential oil

Apply

•Essential Oil+ MELILEA PHYTO-3 CARRIER OIL BLEND: apply 1-2 drops of essential oil on
affected part to soothe insect bites, itching and redness

• Essential Oil + Lotion: apply 1-2 drops of essential oil on palm and apply to affected area
after mixing with moisturizer to eliminate acne and other conditions

Aromatherapy Bath

• Add 15-20 drops essential oil in a warm water bathtub (below 40ºC). Soak for 10-15 minutes
to relax and sleep well, soothe muscles and joints, and promote metabolism

Aromatherapy Foot Bath

• Add 5 drops of essential oil in warm water below 40ºC in the bucket. Soak for no more than
20 minutes to relax and soothe the lower limbs and help you fall asleep quickly

Air Purification Spray

• Easy carry with you to purify the air
• Add 10-15 drops essential oil into 100ml pure water spray

Eg: 5 drops tea tree+5 drops lavender+5 drops eucalyptus
