These tube contains Fluoride and Oxalate. Fluoride IN ML
prevents enzymes in the blood from working, LV-11092
by preventing the stage called glycolysis so LV-11093 12.4X75 2
substrate such as glucose will not be gradually
used up during storage. Here Oxalate is the 12.4X75 3
anticoagulant.

Invert the tube 8- 10 times immediately after drawing the
blood.
It is poisonous and should not be used for blood transfusion.
Blood examination is preferred within one hour of collection as some
cellular distortion becomes evident thereafter.
