OPEN HOUSE
The communication between families and school is
absolutely necessary for our learners' success. The more
parents and teachers share relevant information with each
other about the learners, the better equipped both will be to
help them progress holistically. To ensure this transparency
of communication, OPEN HOUSES are conducted periodically.
So far, two open houses have already been conducted in the
current Academic session.
This platform gives parents an opportunity to know about the
progress of their ward and the further steps needed to
enhance his/her learning and skills. It also helps the
parents to familiarize themselves with the ongoing
activities carried out in the school. The participation and
valuable suggestions given by the parents are also highly
appreciated and taken on record for further improvement. It
is through their feedback we learn, evolve and grow.
ONLINE PUBLISHING OF REPORT CARD
Report cards form an integral link to covey the information
from the school to the parents about a learner’s progress in
scholastic and co-scholastic spheres. Taking a further leap in
this direction, Lotus Valley International School initiated the
online publication of progress reports on 23rd December
2017 for the primary grade -Pre Nursery and I-III. The step
was aimed at serving the dual purpose of making the process
more parent-friendly and simultaneously an attempt towards
saving paper. The new initiative was highly appreciated by
the parents as it gave them an opportunity to view a
comprehensive and an in-depth progress of their ward.
