WHO IS QST?

OUR HISTORY

QST is a family owned and operated company that dates back to the year 1880 where we started
as a horse and cart traveling the streets of Chicago selling textiles to local tailors. Today, we have
expanded to over 60 countries across the globe for sourcing, selling, and manufacturing. We have
over 700 employees around the world that make up our extended family and we are growing every
day. While we have been the world’s largest supplier of quality construction components for over a
century, our core tenets have not changed –we offer our customers innovative product, global
service, competitive value and a consistent quality.

QST stands for Quick Service Textiles and
that is exactly what we do. We ship high
quality products for your garments around
the world just in time for your production.
Each of our products go through a critical
number of steps to ensure that what is
leaving our factory is on par with our
customer’s expectations. QST also offers
several products that are Oeko-Tex certified,
as well as Reach compliant.

We understand that our customers are

The unique properties of our Soft Finish
Ban-Rol 520 adds much needed waistband
support giving the wearer added comfort
guaranteed for the lifetime of the garment.

Soft-Finish Ban-Rol 300 provides the ultimate
comfort in waistband stability. Its soft hand
pairs well with lighter weight shell fabric.

From jacquards, prints, and embossing
to color, texture, and amount of stretch
preferred, every elastic is customizable.
Printing capabilities include screen and
sublimation with the ability to print reflective
parts.

POWER GRIP >

This collection was designed with the
functionality to keep shirts tucked in. Silicon
grippers can be applied in a variety of
applications. Our gripper options include
silicon logo or decorative design as well as
woven-in grippers.

Get back to the basics with our tried-and-true
Heritage elastics collection. This assortment
includes the fundamental elastics that are

QST’s vast line of Tearaway backings were
designed with efficiency, speed of production,
and convenience in mind. Our Quick Tear
products provide solid re-inforcement and are
ideal for monogramming and appliques.

Q-STABILITY >

CUTAWAY BACKINGS

This line offers the necessary strength
and re-inforcement needed to ensure the
embroidery on your garment gets the
necessary support. Q-Stability is great for any
usage and comes in light weight options.

< Q-SCREEN

SCREEN PRINTING

This collection can be best used to test
screen prints before printing production.
You will find great comfort in the fact that
Q-Screen is perfect for trouble shooting a
screen, finding mistakes, and reducing waste.

QST F.I.T. >

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS 12

This innovative collection is made up of
our water soluble backings, heat soluble
backings, no-show poly meshes, and press
+ tears. It works well with light weight fabric
applications, softness issues, and stability.

INTERLINING

COMFORT REINFORCEMENT LIFE CYCLE STRENGTH

QST Ultrafuse is a high performance interlining collection developed to exceed the
diverse demands and applications of today’s apparel market

Ultrafuse EZ is designed for sensitive fabrics
with the ability to be applied as an anti-
fraying agent for destructed denim. It can be
fused by a hand / steam iron with ease.

>

Ultrafuse Soft Touch is designed as a
softening agent. The basket weave
construction ensures movement and is highly
recommended for coarse, raw or unwashed
fabrics.

Ultrafuse Stretch Tech is designed to move.
Normal knitted interlinings only stretch but
lack recovery. Ultrafuse Stretch Tech adds
stretch without losing the body and shape of
the garment.

>

Our Wick Tech fusible is an OMMC Grade 5 14
product. This interlining has a special cross-
section and large surface area, which picks up
moisture and carries it away from the body,
spreading it out to evaporate easily on the
outside of the fabric.

INTERLINING

Ultrafuse Gecko is designed for coated
fabrics. Normal interlining for water repellent,
waxed, or other coated fabrics lead to low
bond strength. We ensure excellent bonding
without alteration.

QST’s Odor Tech interlining can easily keep up
with constant motion and effort. This innovative
fusible helps deodorize and keep the wearer
feeling fresh.

Ultrafuse UNLTD is designed with the most
advanced adhesive system that assures
performance, withstanding unlimited washes
and dry cleaning. It endures enzyme washing
and other similar harsher washing.

>

Our recycled polyester products such as
ECOFUSE are certified by Global Recycle
Standard and are made of recycled PET bottles.
In fact, one meter of QST’s EcoFuse uses 4.5
recycled PET bottles.

Eliminates the costly, labor intensive hand-
trimming during production.

Improves the appearance of the belt loop for

premium) depending on your production

QST’S Q-LOOP PROCESSOR 26

Specifically designed to completely melt
Q-Loop resin tape into the belt loop allowing
it to penetrate the fibers, preventing fraying
during the finishing and washing process.

The unique beltless operation and no cost
processors are available for customers who
purchase an agreed upon amount of Q-Loop
each month.

QST’s Quick Stretch is sturdy clear elastic that
can be applied as a seam reinforcement or

< Q-THREAD

Offering an innovative solution to the
never-ending problem of loose buttons
falling off of garments. Q-Thread is a button
wrapping thread that ensures button security
for the life of the garment. Button wrapping
machines are also available for purchase.

Replace the tedious task of pinning with
QST’s Anker Tex Staples. These functional
staples are gentle on all fabrics and are
removed seamlessly without leaving any tears
or marks. The staples can be used for sleeve
vents, facings and borders, cutting pieces
and sleeves, interfacings for sleeves, and
much more. Anker Tex staples are renowned
for their reliability and quality.

PAPER PRODUCTS >

Offering innovative ideas for use of paper
products in any CAD system or cutting room.
Our wide variety of paper products include
bond, recycled newsprint, craft underlay,
perforated and punched craft paper, manila,
separating tissue, and polysheeting high
density. We also offer other supplies needed
in cutting facilities such as adhesives,
lubricants and fabric cleaners.
