Nimesh Doshi MANAGING DIRECTOR Nimesh is a GIA graduate and a veteran in the Diamond Jewelry Industry with over 3 decades of experience across functions ranging from Diamond Procurement, Manufacturing Processes, International Sales & Marketing and Customer Relationships. A true people’s person and go getter at work, Nimesh is highly process oriented, consensus builder with great problem solving and people development skills. He is now at the helm of CHANDRA Jewels’ India operations. Because of his astute mindset and ability to build a winning team, he realized his dream of bespoke Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing Company by launching Chandra Jewels. 10 Meet the CREATORS Chirag Jain CEO Chirag ventured into business and founded CHANDRA Jewels with a vision to make a difference with a 360 degree service oriented approach. A self-starter, he comes with an extensive experience in the field of diamonds and jewelry. Chirag has a strong foundation in Diamond Procurement, Product Development, Business Development & Marketing Services. With a keen interest in Marketing and Technology, he manages CHANDRA’s Overseas Operations. A firm believer of the philosophy that Hard Work Has No Substitute; he is a self admitted workaholic who makes time to read, travel and shop!
11 Meet the CREATORS Hetal Doshi DIRECTOR With over 20 years of varied experience in the Diamond Jewelry industry, Hetal brings the much-in-demand Merchandising flair to the CHANDRA stable. Having worked at every stage of the jewelry life cycle from Product Development to Sampling and up to the Final Production, Hetal is well versed with it all. Her core areas of strength ought to be her strong sense of aesthetics coupled with excellent customer relations. Along with being a designer and sports enthusiast, Hetal’s well balanced personality is further enhanced with her deep interest in spirituality.
Anmol Jain DIRECTOR A designer by profession, Anmol stands for all things aesthetic. Along with management of the Design Studio at CHANDRA, Anmol specialises in the areas of Customer Service and Custom Orders. Having co-founded CHANDRA, he is entrusted with the responsibility of implementing new ideas and introducing new technology. 13 Meet the CREATORS Avinish Bhaita DESIGNATION - SALES - EUROPE Avnish is a resourceful and results-driven Sales Professional with over 10 years of experience in the Jewelry domain. His retail experience in diverse market environments, in-depth knowledge of the Diamond Jewelry business and a proven track record in Project Management is what he brings to fore as Representative of Chandra Jewels in Europe. Recognized for his exceptional customer service skills, he ensures that each customer has a positive experience. Avnish is also a music connoisseur and an avid motor enthusiast. He enjoys photography and writing poetry as much as he explores spirituality.
