We are known and often referred to as The Cory’s by friends and our new friends/clients. This is our

story and how we have grown and built our dream of respected REALTORS® in our community...
we love our community of South Muskoka and North Simcoe County.

We have been together since 1994 and were finally married in 2002. Our immediate family life
started Heather’s in Stirling/Belleville area and Mike’s in Trenton. We moved from our 1st home in
Toronto- 2003 to our first home/cottage near Coldwater on MacLean Lake – just off Gloucester
Pool in the Middle of February. We decided moving out of the city to the country and our case
lake-side was for us. Holy snow and cold was our beginning. Our property was located a mile
and a half in on a privately maintained road. Yup, that is right! And we had to maintain the road
ourselves if we expected to get out to work in the mornings. Talk about full immersion to Cottage
Country living, a true trial by fire. You know what? We love it! The tranquility, the wildlife, the
beauty, the snow and the people. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It was through the experience of buying and selling our own properties that we were enlightened.
We wanted to help others through this process, making Clients feel appreciated, confident in
their decisions and respected.  As we have moved many times within our area, we have gained
a great appreciation for the importance of the right home– a place that is your oasis in a hectic
world. We are full-time REALTOR’s®, committed to our profession and our clients. We know that
there are always restrictions within the search parameters but we adjust together and find the
right property.

Selling and buying a property is a team effort and we feel a great sense of responsibility when a
family allows us to become part of that team. We can be relied upon for honest answers, due
diligence and putting the concerns of our clients and new friends at the centre of our business.

Any purchase or sale through us creates donations into Our Royal LePage Shelter Network within
our community. This help in turn pays to feed a Mom and her child three nourishing meals a day for
one month or also can provide two women access to education, training, financial and housing
assistance workshops.

We want you to know, We are not going anywhere. All of our Friends can count on us long after
the sale to be there with them for any help or concern that comes along. Also just to enjoy
together this great area that we love and have come to call our own....

At the end of the day the needs of Buyers and Sellers are not all that different. Both want the best
possible advice on area value and comparable real property. Leading edge marketing, exposure
and attention to detail.  Feedback and real ongoing communication. And certainly, the area
knowledge needed to back up strong negotiating skills. Both are entrusting as their REALTOR®
to have the knowledge and experience to help guide them through this arduous process. As
REALTOR’s® in this business, we know one cannot generate any real experience nor the expertise
needed without putting Buyers and Sellers together. A few recent deals or even one a month
cannot generate the experience needed for reliable advice. Nor can the trickle down referral of
a REALTOR® that works independently for a large team that does not work collectively on every
deal which is generally the case. We are personally involved in an ongoing volume of actual
transactions where we continuously learn and adapt to accumulate the needed experience to
offer this valuable advice in this fast pace market place.

We take pride on leading the market with every new advance in technology available. We
purchase an interactive open house for every sellers listing. Our buyers can explore an online
open house of exactly what they expect to find when arriving at the property. Every photo is
professional and expertly captured with the most up to date cameras, lenses and lighting.
Each photo is then meticulously managed in house by our full time Graphic Designer. A Team
Member that is entrusted to make everything look its best and is available to our Sellers for input.
Those photos are then distributed in brochures, custom weekly property promotional booklets,
door to door paper advertisements, website publications and updates, Buyers and Sellers guides
and so much more. And there is no wondering if your furniture will fit as we do comprehensive
floor plans as well. Nothing generic. We plan new approaches monthly with our Web Designer
to best assure the exposure where it counts most.

We listen to you…We also hear you. As needs change so do we and we add and adapt.
Communication is the only way relationships work. Our relationships last long after the deal.
