the communities where we live and work, Royal
LePage is the only Canadian real estate

support programs we fund. Since 1998, the Shelter Foundation has raised
more than $22 million and currently supports 200 local women’s shelters and
national partners. Our agents donate a portion of their commissions and
Royal LePage offices across Canada hold local fundraising events. Our
Brokers, agents and staff also volunteer and provide in-kind goods to benefit
the women and children residing in their local shelters. To read brave stories

H&S Gas Bar and Grill

12778 Lone Pine Road, Port Severn

“While it doesn’t look like much
from the road, the Restaurant at
H&S is a hidden gem, especially for

breakfast. Currently they offer

a $7.50 breakfast special that
includes 2 eggs, choice of
breakfast meat, toast, hash

browns, a pancake, and coffee
or tea – and it’s darned tasty.

The restaurant itself is clean, but
cramped. They are a busy spot
and you may find that you are
waiting for a table on weekend

mornings during the summer. Staff
is efficient, though busy mornings
may mean slow service, so expect
that. It is worth the wait, however.
The restaurant only accepts cash

payment, though if you are
paying with a card there is the
option to go next door to pay at
the gas station – only a few steps

from the restaurant.”

Sainte-Marie among the Hurons

16164, Highway 12 East, Midland

Sainte-Marie among the Hurons was
the headquarters for the French

Jesuit Mission to the Huron Wendat
people. In 1639, the Jesuits, along

with French lay workers, began
construction of a fenced community

that included barracks, a church,
workshops, residences, and a

sheltered area for Native visitors. By
1648, Sainte-Marie was a wilderness

home to 66 French men,

representing one-fifth of the
entire population of New France.
Sainte-Marie’s brief history ended in
1649, when members of the mission
community were forced to abandon
and burn their home of nearly ten
years. After extensive archaeological
and historical research, Sainte-Marie
among the Hurons is now recreated
on its original site, where the mission’s
compelling story is brought to life.

We are known and often referred to as The Cory’s by friends and our new friends/clients. This is our

story and how we have grown and built our dream of respected REALTORS® in our community...
we love our community of South Muskoka and North Simcoe County.

We have been together since 1994 and were finally married in 2002. Our immediate family life
started Heather’s in Stirling/Belleville area and Mike’s in Trenton. We moved from our 1st home in
Toronto- 2003 to our first home/cottage near Coldwater on MacLean Lake – just off Gloucester
Pool in the Middle of February. We decided moving out of the city to the country and our case
lake-side was for us. Holy snow and cold was our beginning. Our property was located a mile
and a half in on a privately maintained road. Yup, that is right! And we had to maintain the road
ourselves if we expected to get out to work in the mornings. Talk about full immersion to Cottage
Country living, a true trial by fire. You know what? We love it! The tranquility, the wildlife, the
beauty, the snow and the people. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It was through the experience of buying and selling our own properties that we were enlightened.
We wanted to help others through this process, making Clients feel appreciated, confident in
their decisions and respected.  As we have moved many times within our area, we have gained
a great appreciation for the importance of the right home– a place that is your oasis in a hectic
world. We are full-time REALTOR’s®, committed to our profession and our clients. We know that
there are always restrictions within the search parameters but we adjust together and find the
right property.

Selling and buying a property is a team effort and we feel a great sense of responsibility when a
family allows us to become part of that team. We can be relied upon for honest answers, due
diligence and putting the concerns of our clients and new friends at the centre of our business.

Any purchase or sale through us creates donations into Our Royal LePage Shelter Network within
our community. This help in turn pays to feed a Mom and her child three nourishing meals a day for
one month or also can provide two women access to education, training, financial and housing
assistance workshops.

We want you to know, We are not going anywhere. All of our Friends can count on us long after
the sale to be there with them for any help or concern that comes along. Also just to enjoy
together this great area that we love and have come to call our own....
