Dear Jurell and Justin,

This letter follows our conversation on November 19th 2017, during which we discussed your wedding
and my professional role in helping you plan it.

It is my understanding that, you will retain me as your Professional Wedding Consultant and Wedding
Day Coordinator for your wedding scheduled on July 21st, 2018. IF your understanding parallels mine,
please sign one copy of the contract and return it to me along with your payment in the amount of

This document is presented on the 26th day of November in the year of 2017. This document serves as a
binding contract between Jurell Parks hereafter known as “Client” and Its All About Your Wedding hereafter
known as “Coordinator”. Coordinator will provide Wedding Consultant Services as well as Day Of
Coordination Services for client’s event Wedding and Reception on Saturday, the 21st day of July in the year
of 2018 at Event start time 3:00pm and event end time TBD

Coordinator reserves the right to cancel the contract if event such as fire, natural disasters, tragedy, or other
emergencies beyond our control prevent us from performing our obligation

1. PREPARATION FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY

✓ Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
✓ Unlimited email communication from date of contract
✓ Unlimited phone communication during the month of your wedding
✓ Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget
✓ Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify

details of their services
✓ Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any payment due one week prior to the

ceremony
✓ Meet with bride for food tasting
✓ Meet with bride for cake tasting

2. REHEARSAL

✓ Organize Wedding Rehearsal
✓ Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to members of the wedding party at the

rehearsal

3. WEDDING DAY

✓ Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
✓ Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – Coordinator will be available in person and by telephone

during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions
✓ Manage wedding party, Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception sites
✓ Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
✓ Provide Bridal Emergency Kit – aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc.
✓ Facilitate the wedding ceremony

• Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

• Oversee ushers & guest book attendants
• Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect

• Properly line up processional & cue musicians
✓ Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
✓ Ensure payment of vendor & balances

4. The CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY

✓ The Couple understands that they are responsible for paying for vendor products and services in full

✓ The Couple is responsible for providing names, telephone number of Point Of Contact for vendors selected by
them without Coordinator

✓ The Couple shall not change the date, time or location of the wedding ceremony as listed in paragraph 1 of this
agreement without first contacting and advising The Wedding Planner of said change so as to determine if The
Wedding Planner is still available to provide services.

✓ If The Couple does change the date, time or location of the scheduled wedding ceremony, and The Wedding
Planner is unavailable to provide services, then The Wedding Planner is released from all contract obligations,
and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. The Couple
also forfeits The Wedding Planner fee for non-compliance with this agreement.

5. You have stated that the number of guest at your event are 100-200

6. MONIES GIVEN TO ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR WEDDING SERVICES IS ALLOCATED AS FOLLOWS:

✓ Flowers ~18%

✓ Decorations ~13%

✓ Entertainment ~5%

✓ Photographer ~18%

✓ Stationery ~7%

✓ Emergency Kit ~5%

✓ Cake/Dessert ~11%

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Tequia Danielle Lester (Its All About Your
Wedding, or for the purposes of this contract, the “COORDINATOR”) and _Jurell Parks (the “CLIENT”). It
supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to
this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties.

8. RESERVATION and PAYMENT:

A signed contract and non-refundable booking fee of $1500.00 is required to reserve your wedding date and

time. The balance of the contract amount is due on the schedule as listed below: Contract Amount:

$9500.00_ Non-refundable Deposit $1500.00

Partial payment $800.00 Date: 11/26/17__

Remaining non-refundable balance $700.00 Due Date: 11/28/17

1st Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14_ Due Date: on or before 12/15/17 _
2nd Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14 Due Date: : on or before 01/15/18
3rd Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14_ Due Date: : on or before 02/15/18 _
4th Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14_ Due Date: : on or before 03/15/18
5th Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14_ Due Date: : on or before 04/15/18
6thl Payment of remaining balance: $1357.14_ Due Date: : on or before 05/15/18
Final Payment of remaining balance: $1357.16_ Due Date: : on or before 06/15/18

Upon agreement of payment schedule payments not rendered according to agreed upon dates will be
assessed a late fee

Upon receipt of the booking fee and signature of this agreement, the COORDINATOR will reserve the date
agreed upon and will not make reservations with another CLIENT for the same date. For this reason, the
booking fee paid is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason;
including but not limited to, acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. Accepted forms of payment are
cash, and credit card/debit card payments.

9. HOUSE RULES:

The COORDINATOR is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony and/or reception site management. All rules
as set out by each venue and vendor will be followed and respected.

10. DIGITAL GRAPHICS, DESIGNS, and COPYRIGHTS:
The graphic design elements produced by COORDINATOR are protected by Copyright Law (all rights
reserved). Designs may not be distributed or reproduced by THE CLIENT to any other individuals for their use.

11. ASSISTANTS and ATTIRE:
Should your wedding require it, COORDINATOR will provide assistants in order to fulfill this contract. These
assistants will abide by all terms of this contract. The decision to use assistants is at the sole discretion of
COORDINATOR. The cost of said assistants is included in your contract amount. COORDINATOR and any
associated staff will dress in appropriate attire for your wedding.

12. MODEL RELEASE:
It is agreed that COORDINATOR may display and use any photographs taken for advertising in ways thought
proper by COORDINATOR. For CLIENT privacy, last names may be obscured if requested.

13. LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an
alternative coordinator. COORDINATOR will make every effort to secure a replacement coordinator able
and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. If such a
situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the
return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price
stated herein.

14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
COORDINATOR's discovery of new information, changes to agreed circumstances without previous
discussion, or other factors which tend to circumvent standard policies may result in withdrawal. Should
COORDINATOR initiate the withdrawal, all fees will be returned, excluding booking fee as well as fair market
value for all services/products already provided.

15. CANCELLATION:

If client cancels Event 2 months or more prior to Event date due to unforeseen circumstances and/or illness, Coordinator
will refund 50% of payments made excluding non-refundable deposit. If Event is cancelled less than 2 months of Event
date, client forfeits all payments.

16. DATE CHANGES:

If client request date change for Event up to 3 days after booking Event, Coordinator will do their best to accommodate
client by rescheduling the Event at a mutually agreed up date and time (with no additional expenses incurred). Change of
Event date are not Its All About Your Wedding allowed after 3 days of booking (50% of payment excluding deposit is
refundable).

17. OUTDOOR EVENTS:

Client will provide an alternative space for guest and party activities if inclement weather arises. Coordinator
recommends client rent or provide outdoor shelter/tent if temperature reaches 85⁰ or higher.
