Dear Miranda,

Thank you for completing and submitting your Pre-Wedding questionnaire. This is a joyous occasion. My
team and I would like the planning process for you to be as exciting and joyous as your wedding day.
There are key steps to planning a stress-free wedding and the first one is our consultation.

During your consultation we will discuss the following

• Your style and your husband to be style
• What your ideal wedding looks like
• How my team and I can help you accomplish your ideal wedding within your budget
• The responsibilities that I have as well as my team to ensure your wedding is stress-free
• The responsibilities that you have to ensure your wedding is all that you wanted

This consultation will take 1 hour and a fee of $50.00 is due upon booking this session (invoice will be
sent via Paypal). Here at Its All About Your Wedding, we truly believe it’s all about you and your
wedding. Consequently, please select a location, day and time that is convenient for you and your
husband to be to attend this consultation. I will attach a calendar along with this letter.

Once you book with Its All About Your Wedding Services we will have our second consultation in which
we will discuss planning process including the following:

• The order I like to book vendors.

• How I estimate and work with your budget

• How many vendors I will recommend in each category

• How my design process works

• How rentals work

• What you can expect at vendor consultations

• What I keep track of and what I expect you to do on their own

• When I will have initial time lines done

• What I do on the wedding day

I know this all sounds like a lot but that’s why you have me, to take care of everything in a timely and
