Our journey which started in 2015

Dear Colleagues,

Growing customer expectations in today’s competitive world has
its own opportunities and challenges while taking care of the
organizations brand. While this lead us to identifying innovative
ways/ channels of offerings to enhance customer experience
there is also a need to focus on high compliance of the Bank’s
guidelines. In the light of the recent events we need to work
towards strengthening/ improving our risk mitigation mechanism.
It has been proved time and again that among all the possible
mitigating measures in combating financial crimes, the
differentiating factor remains common i.e. employee awareness,
irrespective of the nature of these crimes.

We at Axis Bank, are consistently making progress in building a
culture of Employee awareness and education to prepare for
externalities and future uncertainties. While doing so, I am hereby
delighted to present you these E-bulletin series, a handy
guidebook in a form of flipbook. I firmly believe that such
initiatives go a long way in insulating not only our employees but
also our Bank from risk of loss of reputation.
