PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

This work will focus on promoting the use of technologies and

to provide service with fast, accurate, efficient and

effective for all institutions/contingents and to ensure

satisfaction is guaranteed

Thus, our project is to build the system for the management
of smart sports competition which is adapted using the current
and latest computer and technology.

Managing sports competition is not easy, we want to ensure
all issues & problems can be solved systematically and
completely

RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

• Risk is an event or condition that, if it occurs, could have a positive or negative effect on a project’s
objectives.

• Risk Management Plan defines how risks associated with K3L Sport COMPet project will be
identified, analysed, and managed.
-how risk management activities will be performed, recorded, and monitored throughout the
lifecycle of the project and provides templates and practices for recording and prioritizing risks.
-created by the project manager in the Planning Phase and is monitored and updated throughout
the project where it will be involved by the project team, project sponsor and management.

• Risk Management Plan is used to align with the project which include all projects, the entire
portfolios and Project Management Office (PMO), to ensure the project is complete without the
impact during the operation and no issues with migrating the old system to the new system.

• Consists of information needed to manage and control project changes effectively
from the beginning of the project to the delivery

• The following change request will be address by Change Management Plan:-

i. Modification to software
ii. Acquisition of 3rd party software
iii. Scope (include modules, data conversation and data migration, interfaces, etc.)
iv. Milestone dates
v. Additional project spending (hardware, training, etc.)
