“Chair of the future” with Durashine™ in Bangkok Fashion Week
Durashine™ was a part of “Chair of the Future”
concept presented in Bangkok Fashion design week
held in Bangkok in February 2020. The chair is
designed by Think (famous Thai Designer) and
manufactured by Mobella using Sol-Out’s outdoor
fabrics with Durashine™.
Bangkok Design Week 2020 (BKKDW2020) was held
between 1 – 9 February 2020 under the theme
“Resilience: New Potential for Living” as an
intellectual playground for creative people, government
agencies and business enterprises.
The exclusive exhibition by Mobella under the concept
"Modern Thai Lifestyle Brand" showcased the design
collections from the brand that cover both furniture and
creative business.
The selected products represent the tide of change in Thai
consumer's trend of purchase that influences the design of
the designers.
Sol-Out’s fabrics were made with 100% Durashine™
solution dyed acrylic fibre, which is a high-performance
fibre for premium outdoor products including awnings,
sun-umbrellas, outdoor furniture and marine canvas etc.
Fabrics made with Durashine™ have high resistance to
ultra violet radiation and harsh weather conditions.
Fabrics with Durashine™ don’t lose color or degrade
under extreme weather conditions.

TAF publishes 4th Sustainability Report
We released our fourth sustainability report
in February of this year. The report details
the sustainability initiatives implemented in
our acrylic fibre manufacturing plant and
the sustainability performance over the past
two years as well as the future plans. In this
report, we highlight some of the
transformational initiatives undertaken as
well as key highlights of sustainability
performance of TAF for the financial years
2017-18 and 2018-19.
The focus of the report is in the specific

Supply Chain, Chemical Management,
