The whole Speak Up virtual volunteering journey was
so wonderful. I had made new friends, improved my
personal development, gained priceless experiences
and created cherishable memories in just a month.
Thank you to AIESEC, LVV Manager, OC members, LVV
buddy, fellow LVVs and also the students who
participated in this project.

Speak Up 6.0
The fun characteristic that I found among the LVV is I think there are
really active people. In every discussion, they are so active to express
their opinions and get the best solution. Therefore, the workshop
activities will always come up with creative and interesting activities.
Besides, they are also well listener. They will not demand the
implementation of their opinions or plans aggressively, but they will
listen to the opinions of others carefully and discuss them together. Not
only that, they will seriously ask everyone if they can accept the final
plan. Therefore, everyone in the team is valued and respected. No one's
opinion will be ignored. Lastly, all the LVV are very kind and caring.
They will try to help others if the people face difficulty in Doing the
tasks. They will also give everyone chance to try new tasks so we can
improve ourselves together.
