Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium
Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) is one of two state consortiums responsible for developing assessments aligned to the new, more rigorous College and Career Readiness (CCR) Standards and Common Core State Standards (CCSS). Test developers are working together to create the new computer-based English Language Arts and Math assessments.
