A house proposed on a plot where
currently stands an existing residence
for the same family
The proposal provides a residence
standing right opposite to the
existing residence providing a central
landscape space between the two
bungalows. The main house on the
ground floor is been visually
connected to the second residence
unit by creating a large outdoor
sit out space, open to sky and
partially enclosed with high free
standing walls.

This project is a residential project
located in Dyaneshwar nagar, Thane
west,Mumbai.The building is divided
into three parts Base, Body and
Crown.
The Base is three floors consisting
of 2 basement floors and a stilt
floor consisting of aminities and
flat. The Body consists of flats and
refuge floors. The Crown consists
of terraces and varying height of
building wings.
The elevation is design as band
running along with the building and
above it.
