Price List / Special Charges / Guarantee and Disclaimers

Price list: All prices are wholesale. Special corner charges may be added to the cost of the frame.
All ASF frames are finished corner. ASF does not sell chop or length molding.
Crating and shipping charges are additional.
Special Charges: Oversize charges, special mills, rush charges, and minimum footage are listed on the United Inch Chart
Guarantee: ASF stands behind its work, but please read and explain to your sales staff the following disclaimers.
Disclaimers:
Figured Woods

The natural variations that occur in figured woods give these frames a uniqueness that cannot be duplicated.
ASF selects stock within a range that best represents your sample. Exact duplication of your sample is
impossible. Please explain to your staff and your customer that this is a one-of-a-kind picture frame
and variations in grain are to be expected.
Welded Steel
All grinding patterns are done by hand and will vary from your sample. The Pitted effect is achieved by
leaving the natural blemishes and impurities in the rough steel. Other grinding patterns attempt to grind away
any surface impurities. Trace hairline impurities are considered part of the industrial look of the frame.
Wood Grains and Color Variations
Wood grains will vary from your sample, especially in figured woods. ASF reserves the right not to accept
returns due to natural variation in the grain pattern or natural color blemishes in the wood.
Delicate Finishes
Each frame is inspected and carefully wrapped before delivery.
Please exercise care in handling the frames using cotton gloves and working on a soft surface for fitting.
Hand-rubbed Finishes
Distressed and Japan Oil finishes will vary from your sample.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms

Payment Policy: Payment terms are COD until credit is approved. We will hold orders on any account with invoices over 60
days. A history of late payments will result in loss of credit terms. All sample orders are COD. We do accept
prepayment by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
Credit: To establish credit, fill out an ASF credit application. Until credit is established all orders will be on a COD basis.
Terms: Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
Returns: If a frame has been built or finished incorrectly, please call ASF immediately and we will correct the problem.
Because your frame is custom milled or welded, grain and steel grinding patterns will vary from your sample. We will try to
ensure that your frame is consistent in color and tone. We reserve the right to decline returns due to slight color variation or
minor blemishes in the wood. Where a product is incorrect or defective, ASF will issue a call tag and replace or repair the
frame, at our discretion, free of charge. Please carefully re-pack the item in the original packaging.
Damage: Contents should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Should your frame arrived damaged, please note any
visible damage on the carrier’s delivery slip before accepting delivery. Call the carrier immediately if damage is discovered
after accepting delivery. Keep all packing and cartons along with damaged items. Call ASF within 3 business days to order a
replacement or receive a credit. No returns will be accepted without authorization from ASF.

Confirmations and your responsibility.

Size: ASF adds 1/8” allowance unless otherwise noted
To reduce errors the best way to order a frame is by fax or email.
Fax Confirmation: ASF will provide a fax or email confirmation of all orders.
It is your responsibility to check your fax and confirm that it is exactly as you ordered it. Please notify ASF as soon as possible to
change or correct an order. Once ASF starts work on your frame we consider the information on your work order to be correct. Any
changes or cancellations made thereafter may incur additional charges.
