Pastoral Care Letter
March 2022






Dear Pastoral Care Leader,


What a privilege it is to be part of the Body of Christ and what an honor to use those

gifts which He has given you to make a difference to your pastor this month. In the
book of Galatians 3:28 we read, “All one in Christ Jesus,” These words let us know

that we are chosen by (and belong) to God. It is true that belonging carries with it
responsibilities. When we belong to the church, we are expected to love, care for

and support each other, especially our pastors.


Why not use this month to send your pastor a card or note letting them know that

you appreciate them and their ministry to you. The favorite tool of the enemy is
discouragement, so do all you can to inspire and encourage them. The best way of all

is to be a good member. I personally want to thank you for all your efforts and

concern for them because without that, often times they would unfortunately be
overlooked.



I have had some wonderful reports from several pastors about the great job you are
doing! This pleases me to hear because it speaks of your commitment to show love

and support to those who deserve it so much. Remember that when you take care of
your pastor you are also attending to the Lord and He will in turn reward you

accordingly.
