duly licensed for the regulated activity of fund management in relation to portfolio management (Islamic) – digital investment
management by the Securities Commission (“SC”) pursuant to section 61 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The Board of
Wahed has implemented a system of internal controls and other measures to combat money laundering and financing of
terrorism as per the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act
2001 and other relevant guidelines/circulars/rules/notices issued by the Central Bank of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and the SC.

Pacific Trustees Berhad (PTB), was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and registered as a Trust Company under Section 4 of
