Hot Station Menu

Lemon chicken. 
Herbed chicken with a lemon chicken Au Jus and sliced lemon.
Salmon on a sweet wine sauce and roasted cherry tomatoes and
crispy arugula. (fried)
Sliced bistro with a Wild Mushroom Sauce.
Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts with cheddar cheese sauce.
Sweet honey squash with pumpkin patty pans.
Candied sweet potatoes.
Mashed Colorado Yukon golden potatoes, with a savory
homemade gravy.
Homemade apple sage and sweet sausage stuffing
Traditional stuffing.

Cold Station

Arugula cucumber salad with a citrus vinaigrette.
Wilted spinach salad, with dried cranberries, toasted
pecans, and crumbled bleu cheese.
Frog eye salad.  Acini
di pepe pasta, with pineapple, orange supreme, coconut juice, and
marshmallows.
Shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce.
Sliced fresh fruit and grilled vegetable display.
Charcutier board. 
Platter with sliced ham, prosciutto, asst berries and grapes, cheddar,
and swiss cheese, cut carrots, hummus, honey and herb marinated tomato
slices
Assorted breads with homemade flavored butters.  Orange, cinnamon, and
pumpkin.

Carving Station

Oven roasted turkey with cranberry sauce.
Roast sirloin of beef, with hot jus ,and tartar sauce.

"Member Credit!"

A lot of members have a "Considerable"
amount of credit on the books at this time.

Reminder, Credit MUST be used by
DECEMBER 22nd!

We have accounts with almost all the Major
Golf Companies. Special orders are not a

problem. But, get your orders in soon. With
the Holidays coming, deliveries will slow

down. Also, don't just think about what you
might want. Some of you have enough credit

to put quite a dent in your
Christmas shopping.

18 Hole Women’s Golf League

We had a busy fall schedule with our final tournament
of the year, President’s Match Play won by Carrie Ary. 

We also hosted the Pikes Peak League’s Field Day as
well as helped with the SOCO event held at the club

and Desert Hawk  

The weather held out for great play all season until
our final league play which ended with a snowstorm.

We played indoor games of Mah-Jongg and Mexican
Train before our final meeting where we introduced

the new officers for the 2020 season.  

We will be having our Christmas party on December
10th, so mark your calendars. Our players enjoyed a
great season and we look forward to involving more
ladies this coming year. Thanks go out to Renee Miller
who was president of our league this past season.
