A MESSAGE FROM The Key Three Dear Scouting Members and Friends: Three Harbors Council is focused on positively impacting the lives of young people and families in Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine counties. More than 6,000 Scouts and Adult Leaders were members of Three Harbors Council this past year. We are pleased to report many positive outcomes in 2023 including: • 4,465 Scouts served across our council. • 189 Scouting units or program sites. • 4,871 merit badges earned by local Scouts. • 23,752 hours of service to the community. • 60,254 pounds of food collected for local food pantries. On behalf of Three Harbors Council’s Executive Board, we would like to thank you for your support of Scouting. As this annual report shows, our Scouts are working hard to invest in themselves, in one another, and in their communities. This is all possible through the tireless efforts of more than 1,700 Adult Leaders in the Scouting program. You make Scouting a fun place for southeastern Wisconsin’s youth to learn, grow, and become prepared for life. Thank you!
