BLAIR LABATTLabatt Food ServiceBlair Labatt is President and CEO of Labatt Food Service, the tenth-largest broadline foodservice distributor in the U.S. and a third-generation family-led company founded in 1910. Labatt Food Service supplies food and related products to customers across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico from distribution centers in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Lubbock, and Albuquerque. Since Blair became President in 1980, the company has grown from 20 to 1,950 employees. He also founded and chaired Foodservice Risk Management, a captive insurance company.Under his leadership, the company has earned major industry honors, including ID Magazine’s Great Distributor Organization Award, IFMA’s inaugural Excellence in Distributor Award, and the Ecumenical Center Ethics in Business Award.Blair is a graduate of Princeton (BA, English, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), Oxford (First Class Honors), and the University of Virginia (PhD, English). Before joining the company, he taught English at the University of Texas at Austin. He is the author of Faulkner the Storyteller (University of Alabama Press, 2005) and was invited to speak at Oxford in 2015 in memory of his tutor, John Bayley.His civic leadership includes serving as Chairman of San Antonio Academy, Chair of the San Antonio Medical Foundation, and founder of the Wellness Coalition of San Antonio. He is Chair Emeritus of Opera San Antonio, a board member of Houston Grand Opera, an EY Entrepreneur of the Year honoree, and a member of the Philosophical Society of Texas.A San Antonio native, Blair has been married to Barbara Labatt for 55 years and has three children: Annie Labatt, Blair Labatt III, and Grace Parazzoli. 2026 San Antonio Business Hall of Fame Laureate


JOE C. MCKINNEYRetired, Texas Commerce BankJPMorgan Chase, Broadway BankJoe McKinney enjoyed a distinguished 45-year banking career with Texas Commerce Bank/JPMorgan Chase and Broadway Bank. He began at Texas Commerce Bank (TCB) in Houston in 1974, advancing from the training program to Executive Vice President over Commercial Banking. In 1987, CEO Ben Love appointed him Chairman and CEO of Texas Commerce–San Antonio. Over 14 years, McKinney transformed the bank from a relatively unknown institution into one of the city’s premier corporate and commercial banks. He retired from TCB in 2002.That same year, McKinney joined Broadway Bank and Broadway Bancshares as Vice Chairman and Board Member, advising on strategy, expansion, credit, and business development until his retirement in 2020. He was inducted into the Texas Bankers Hall of Fame in 2019.McKinney has served on numerous corporate and family business boards, including Luby’s, Broadway Bank, USAA Real Estate, Morgan’s Wonderland, and several USAA REITs. The National Association of Corporate Directors named him one of the Top 100 Corporate Directors in the U.S. in 2017.A champion for economic development, McKinney chaired the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation (2001–2003), playing an integral role in Toyota’s decision to build its Tundra manufacturing facility in San Antonio—a project that has grown from an $800 million investment to over $4.5 billion and 3,000+ jobs.He continues to serve on the boards of the San Antonio Medical Foundation, Texas Biomedical Research Institute, and the UTSA/UT Health Development Board. Jenna Saucedo-Herrera serves as Head of Corporate Impact at USAA, a Fortune 93 company, where she is spearheading initiatives that strengthen military family resilience and advance community development nationwide. She oversees the USAA Foundation, USAA Educational Foundation, corporate philanthropy, citizenship and belonging, and military advocacy—driving meaningful change through strategic partnerships and employee activation.Prior to joining USAA in 2025, Jenna was President and CEO of the greater:SATX Regional Economic Partnership. She expanded the organization’s footprint to eight counties, launched workforce and air service initiatives, and established six global offices. Under her leadership, the team helped create more than 40,000 high-quality jobs with companies including Guidehouse, JCB, Ernst & Young, Victory Capital, International Motors, and Toyota.
