We are an upcoming campaign that aims to promote Cyber Wellness by advocating for safe and responsible online behavior. This campaign will be established in response to the escalating concerns surrounding online safety and behavior, as well as the increasing prevalence of cyber-related issues such as cyberbullying, online scams, and digital addiction. Recognizing the need for proactive measures to address these challenges, we will establish this campaign to provide support, education, and resources to individuals of all ages. Our mission is to raise awareness about the potential risks and dangers of the digital world, including cyberbullying, online harassment, identity theft, and misinformation. We aim to empower individuals, families, and communities to navigate the online landscape confidently and ethically. By fostering a culture of digital citizenship and emphasizing the importance of cyber wellness, we strive to create a safer and more positive online environment for all. We went with the slogan “Think before you click” because it highlights how important it is to consider the possible consequences of one's actions before taking them online. "Think before you click" encourages users to take a moment to consider the potential risks involved in clicking an unfamiliar link or installing a new program. This slogan is often seen in the context of digital security, with the goal of raising awareness of potential dangers and ensuring that people only share information and click on links that come from trusted sources. Cybersecurity experts say the decision to click or not click can mean the difference between a safe and secure digital experience and a problematic one that may lead to malware, fraudulent activity, or data theft. Along with advocating for the importance of digital security, think before you click slogans can point out the need for users to always read user agreements, confirm website trustworthiness, and ensure that their device is running the latest in online security software. This approach aims to promote responsible and thoughtful online behavior, reduce the likelihood of impulsive or regrettable actions, and contribute to a more considerate and respectful online environment. The Philippines has seen a significant rise in its cyberspace-dependent society over the past decade (Campbelle, 2023). Consequently, cybercrime escalates in the Philippines every year (Li, 2021). In today ’s youth learn, create, share, socialize and connect with others in the digital world, they cope with numerous digital life issues often without considering the potential consequences (Shaikh, F. B. et al 2021). Hence, research from the World Economic Forum (2018) emphasizes the significant importance of raising awareness and promoting education to effectively address challenges in cyberspace. Initiatives such as cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training programs, and educational resources are essential components of cyber resilience strategies. Thus, this cyber wellness campaign will be established as a response. This campaign aims to promote mindfulness and responsibility in online behavior, encouraging individuals to pause and reflect before sharing content online.
