WELCOME TO

The Biddeford+Saco Chamber of
Commerce+Industry is proud to present its
inaugural conference - “ignite”. Our goal is to
provide value-added knowledge about pressing topics affecting our business
community while also providing a venue for businesses to show their services, wares
and fill employment gaps.

This year’s five-part speaker series focuses on workforce issues. The need for a robust
workforce has become one of the primary concerns statewide and the Chamber has
taken this issue head on. Our workforce committee is over 50 strong and has set a goal
of better connecting businesses with the education community.

We believe this conference and the many to follow on an annual basis, will grow and
become well known for its practical approach to identifying local issues and partnering
with the right people to solve problems

The Biddeford+Saco Region and the Chamber will continue to promote and identify
our assets as a way to entice new business, new workers and new Mainers to come settle
in our area and enjoy all that Maine has to offer.

Executive Director, Biddeford+Saco Chamber
