I can sometimes “see my muscles”, and that always amazes

What advice would you give someone wanting to start at
Kari Kardio but is scared they are too out of shape?


I would tell them that I got injured and missed six full
months of ALL physical activities with a torn Achilles and
shoulder impingement. I gained wright with all the forced
inactivity, and turned 60 feeling fat, disgusted, and that I
would never lose it. Then I saw your boot camp sign on
McGregor, called you, and got to start immediately. Within
two months I had lost the weight and was “hooked for life.”

So I would tell somebody that age and being out of shape
are not valid reasons not to start working out at all. If you
have the desire and determination, you can do it. And
your facility just cannot be beat because it is small enough
where the instructors all know everyone, their abilities, and
where they need help and encouragement.
