My Story

I started the health and wellness journey mostly because the products
are plant-based. Being a brain tumor survivor limits my choices
when it comes to health and weight loss.

I have always focused merely on losing weight.
This time I’m focusing on getting healthy from the inside out.

These products helped my gut to get healthy and then
everything else started to fall into place.

I started to see changes in the way my clothes fit, how I felt less bloated

Drink A LOT of water!!!!
You should be drinking
half your body weight in ounces a day!

When you hit the maintenance phase,
it suggests 4 Biocleanse.
Assess your body and decide if that works for you.
You might have to lower the dosage.
If you stay with 4, you will have to order the bottle of 120 Bio

Maintenance Phase

After your first 35 days,
you have reached your maintenance phase
of 4 Biocleanse and 2 Probio.
However, you must listen to your body.
(aka…your Plexus poops!)

The next month is a chance to see
what works best for you.

When Covid was at its peak,
I increased my Probio to 3.

When I realized that 4 Biocleanse might be
too much for me, I reduced it to 3.
(I quickly brought it back up to 4!)

This is where you have to do what is best for you!
However, I recommend not going below 2 of each.

• If you choose to stay on 4 Biocleanse, you will have to change
your subscription to the Triplex 120.
60 capsules will not be enough.
It is only a few dollars difference.
You will need to go into your Plexus account,
my subscriptions, to make the change.
• If you are eager for weight loss,
I suggest adding in Metaburn during month 2 or 3.
That is when I started to see significant changes in my weight.
