General Information

Order Instructions: A typed PO with PO number, item number, item color, item quantities in case pack breakdown,
shipping instructions, shipping method and shipping account number if being used.

Orders must be e-mailed to [email protected]
Minimum Order Quantities: All orders must be purchased in full case pack quantities. Each order must meet a
minimum purchase of $500. All case pack information can be obtained at www.prostockus.com.
Samples: Samples will be sent free of charge on a limited basis. We o er this service as a way to build business and
should not be abused.
Returns: Factory authorization number must be given prior to the return of goods. Returns are not accepted 60 days
after the original receipt of the order.
Product Images: Hi-Res images and style photographs can be downloaded at www.prostockus.com.
These can also be sent if requested from your sales person.
Invoicing: An invoice will be generated for each individual PO once the goods have shipped. All invoices will be sent
by e-mail to accounts receivable. Invoices are Net 10 days.
Payments: ProStock will only accept company checks. Credit cards are not accepted.

same day if placed before 2:00pm

additional time if breaking cartons.

Daily FedEX Ground pickups are
available. Please have orders in by
2:00pm Eastern Time for same day

Shipments: All shipments will be sent out on ProStock’s UPS account number and billed at going rates if not speci ed on
the order. Orders may be sent via third party for all UPS, FEDEX and LTL shipments if speci ed.A pallet charge of $10 applies
per pallet if sent LTL.
Damaged Goods: Contact ProStock immediately upon delivery if boxes are received damaged from the carrier. Please
ensure that a proper damage report is written or noted with the carrier upon delivery.
Replacement goods will be sent immediately if the goods can’t be used.
Backorders: In case of a backorder ProStock will contact you immediately with our projected in hands date upon receiv-
ing the purchase order.
