However, the SAF physical meetings

Presbytery of Singapore Bible-
Presbyterian Churches
Third, we also saw the need to be true
to our calling as Bible-Presbyterian church-
es. Since the dissolution of the synod of
the Bible-Presbyterian Church of Singa-
pore in 1988, each congregation had
become independent.
We became more congregational rather
than Presbyterian. We saw the need to
establish a presbytery among like-minded
churches to regulate and govern ourselves
according to the Presbyterian form of
government. We are working towards its
formation.
All these are the fruition of like-minded
pastors gathering informally in the Pastoral
Fraternity, desiring what is the best for the
churches as a collective whole. We thank
God for the unity of the hearts and minds of
the pastors in the Pastoral Fraternity.
