Microteachng
Microteaching, a teacher training technique currently
practiced worldwide, provides teachers an
opportunity to perk up their teaching skills by
improving the various simple tasks called teaching
skills. With the proven success among the novice and
seniors, microteaching helps to promote real-time
teaching experiences. The core skills of
microteaching such as presentation and
reinforcement skills help the novice teachers to learn
the art of teaching at ease and to the maximum
extent. The impact of this technique has been widely
seen in various forms of education such as health
sciences, life sciences, and other areas. The emerging
changes in medical curricula by the Medical Council
of India and the role of medical teachers envisage the
need of this special training of teachers and
monitoring of their skills for their continued efficient
performance at any age. The alleged limitations of
microteaching can be minimized by implementing
this at the departmental level in several sequences.
The author made literature search of research and
review articles in various educational databases,
journals, and books. From the reference list of
published articles, books were also reviewed. This
paper presents an outline of the various phases of
microteaching, core teaching skills, implementation
aspects, and the impact of microteaching on medical
education.
Week 1
I am a blended learning student. So,
According to the blended learning
we have two categories of learning
which Asyncrounus and
syncrounus. In the first week, it
was asyncrounus mode then
Madam Nirmala was given a
Google classroom task to be done
individually which requires a task
in padlet about DSKP.

Week 2
following up to the second week, I was
exposed to the details of the
assignments and projects required of
this subjects. Moreover, I aware that I
will enhance my knowledge
throughout these task given in this
subject. Apart from that, ESL teaching
aid assignments has caught my
interest to improve my creativity
which excites me as I am a canva user
since 2019 and I am enthusiatic to
create teaching aids for english
learners. orther than that, Madam
Nirmala has taught me the real
definition of CEFR and the difference
between CEFR and KSSR. Overall, I
learned a lot from the overview of this
subject.
02 EVIDENCE WEEK 2
Week 3
In the third week, it was self learning
mode. I have decided to complete my
assignment since my time was very
limited either working and studying.
Apart of that, I have learned many
techniques to be use as an educator in
future for teaching aids in the classroom.
As we know, we are encouraged to use
21st century learning for making fun and
enjoyable learning in the classroom.
therefore, I was exposed to create the
teaching aids by myself and help me to
become an all-rounded educator in the
nearest future. I have gained many
techniques or way from this assignment
which create fun teaching aids where
could be beneficial in future as an
educator.
03 EVIDENCE WEKK 3
Week 4
Following up to the forth week , we went
to MSU and the topic we learned was on "
set inductiuon and learning objective". It
was fun and aknowledging in the class. in
addition, i gained knowledge how to write
the objection even arrange the lesson
plan properly. as a future educator it is
important to determing the goal in
delivering the best outcome in a lesson.
Therefore, clearly understanding on how
to deliver the set induction and which one
needs to be start first in lesson plan
without make some mistake while deliver
a lesson in class. overall, all of the
knowledge that i have gained from this
class was beneficial in future.
04 EVIDENCE WEEK 4
Week 5
In the fifth week, we seated for test 1 and
after the test finished each student
presented their project 1 : ESL teaching
aids. I chose " visual", "video" and
"online"-based teaching aids. In tis task I
described 6 activities that can be created
from the Website, Canva and etc
including "kahoot", Mindmap, Worksheet,
and Padlet. For me these were fun task to
experienced technology in developinh
wonderful teaching aids. I have gained
understanding in using 21st century
online teaching aids which will definitely
be use as a educator in the future.

Week
6&7
In the 6 and 7 week. we were given a
Google Classroom task to be done
individualy which requires the
completion of our project 2: ESL blog.
This project was open my eyes which
online tools is varies to be conduct in the
classroom. In addition, I have gained
new knowledge of blog since I have
never experienced before. However, I
never knew the function even to conduct
the blog. apart of that, I described 4
activities based on 4 skills which
speaking, listening, reading and writing
skill. overall, I learned alot from the
overview of this subject.
06 EVIDENCE WEEK 6&7
Week 8
In the 8 week, we were given a Google
classroom lecture which Madam
Nirmala have recorded about topic 4:
stimulus strategies. therefore, I learned
the strategies and techniques should
be apply in the classroom. Apart of
that, I have gained knowledge of a way
of enhancing children learning. as an
educator very useful in lesson to
achieve their objectives in classroom.
08 EVI DENCE WEEK 8
Week 9
Following up to week 9, we were given a
Google classroom lecture which Madam
Nirmala have recorded about topic 5:
reinforcement strategies. basically, this
topic taught about how to trick the
students based on their behaviour and
this topic also that we as a educator will do
naturally and practically all the time in the
classroom. what i have gained from this
topic was, when it come to reinforcement
it happen into two situation which positive
and negative reinforcement. so as a
teacher could use both situation but must
based on the valid situation towards the
students. overall, i learned alot to improve
in future as an educator.
09 EVIDENCE WEEK 9
Week 10
in week 10, each of student presented
their project 2: ESL blog. i chose blogger
to create my ESL blog and i picked form
one syllabus topic 3 : Nature warning.
aprt of that, i described 4 activities
according to the topic. in my opinion, I
learned a lot regarding online tools and
all of the skill always be beneficials as an
educator for avoiding the bored
situation in the classroom.
10 EVIDENCE WEEK 10
Week 11
in week 11, the topic "closure in a
lesson" was taught. this topic was so
interesting and beneficial with
information. apart of that, when the
word "closure" comes to mind it is
usually a wrap up of a lesson and usually
most of the teacher will end the class by
saying thank you . However, in closure
we able to play a short game rather than
say thank you. from that, the student will
help the student to organize the
information in their minds. the
information gained of this topic were
remarkably helpful

Week 12
-hari raya breaks-
Week 13
In week 13, we seated for test 2. we were
given 1 hours to finish the test. this test
was covered topic 4,5,6 and 7. after the
task finished, we were given a Google
Classroom task to be doen individually
which requires to prepare a lesson plan
by choosing any topic from any form in
secondary school and integrating with
the CS and LS of the chosen language
skils.

Week 14
in the 14th week, each student
presented their mock teaching
individually. we were given 10 minutes
to deliver our lesson through zoom
meeting. overall, i learned a lot of this
subject and all the information be
beneficial in future .
