Our goal is to keep you informed of the current projects and operations
we are handling, and to give you a quick overview of the capabilities and
resources Milaha is ableto mobilize for its clients and partners.

Milaha Logistics
acquires 25 Hino Trucks

Milaha Logistics acquires 25 Nos. brand new 700-Series Hino Trucks
along with trailer units

Recognizing the importance of running not only the most modern
and efficient fleet but also with a view to upgrade the existing
fleet capacities in a phased manner so as to aggressively market
our services offerings with O&G majors where-in stringent criteria
pertaining to fleet age needs to be complied with, Milaha Logistics
has recently acquired fully equipped 25 Nos. brand new Hino Trucks
(700 Series) with trailer units.

Milaha Logistics is committed to offering quality services and strives relentlessly to ensure
it offers unparalleled customized supply chain solutions. This commissioning of these new
acquired resources will certainly enable Milaha Logistics to support a growing market, where
there is an increasingly high demand for heavy transportation services.

Liner (NVOCC)

Milaha Liner continue to expand our presence within the Indian Subcontinent
– Arabian Gulf sectors with a total container inventory of 10,000 teu. During
Q4 2018 Milaha launched its first service in the Mediterranean with a new
Turkey-Spain service covering 3 ports in both countries.
More Intra-Med services are expected to be launched during Q1 2019.

Shipping Agencies as its
Exclusive Agent in Qatar

Services for Yachts

Milaha succesfully completed the refit
of a 37m LOA Yacht at its revamped
facility which is specifically designed
for yacht repairs, upgrade, and
maintenance.

The project included the painting of the entire hull
and superstructures and a number of major upgrades
in the hull and machineries.
Milaha’s facilities for yacht services include an air
conditioned shed with air change and humidity
control to ensure the most conducive environment
and protection for the yachts being serviced. The
shed is completely a dust free enclosure that ensures
minimum contamination during painting process. The
shed is capable of handling yachts up to 150 feet (50
meters) in length.

New Office for Clients
in Mesaieed

We have also set up a state of the art client business
center at our Shipyard specifically for the yachting
crew and owner representatives. The facilities include
office spaces, change and shower rooms and a
common meeting room for client use.
Additionally, we put together a team of experienced
yacht servicing engineers to take care of all aspects
of repair, including body repairs, mechanical repairs,
teak decking repairs and modification, and repair of
interiors.

The team comprises of local
experts as well as specialists
from Europe and operates 24x7
throughout the year.

Sea Shipping, Land
Transport & Installation
of WOQOD’s Bitumen Tanks

Our Shipping Agencies unit was awarded
a turnkey project by WOQOD for the
shipping of 16 tanks from Ras Laffan to
Mesaieed port.

The project included unloading them at Mesaieed Port,
land transporting them to site, and finally lifting each tank
using a 600 ton crane and placing each tank on a designated
foundation within the correct alignment and plumpness.
The tanks were of various sizes with the largest having a
dimension of 14 meters in diameter and 17 meters in height.
Not only was this shipment the largest size cargo ever
moved together by sea in Qatar, but also the tallest cargo
ever discharged in Mesaieed port.

Qatar Steel Shutdown

Milaha Shipyard successfully completed a major shutdown project at Qatar
Steel’s DR 1 plant.

The task involved the complete execution
of all the opening and closing activities at
the plant, and required close coordination
between Milaha, Qatar Steel, and
subcontractors.

A large dedicated team was put together for the project,
handled with the latest project management techniques to
support the on time and on quality project completion.
They were provided with all necessary training prior
to the work commencement, including confined space
training and working at heights. The entire operation was
completed safely without any LTI.

Palfinger Operations

Milaha and Palfinger Marine have joined
hands to set up a standard base in Qatar
for the service of lifeboats, rescue boats,
davit systems, and cranes. The facility has a
dedicated team that is positioned in Milaha
Shipyard in Mesaieed and is capable of
deploying on short notice anywhere in Qatar,
including Hamad Port, Mesaieed Port and Ras
Laffan Port.
The team is qualified to carry out annual
inspections, rehooking of boats, and complete
repairs of lifeboats, davits, and fast rescue
crafts.
The operations of Palfinger are approved by
all major classification societies and flag states
including the Qatar flag state authorities. This
constitutes another step in Milaha’s endeavor
to providing comprehensive, end-to-end
solutions for maritime operations in Qatar.
