ONE-TIME CHARGES:

CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS
Up to 3 illustrations. If service agreement is signed, this amount
is deducted from installation fee. Up front payment is waived
for strategic broker/advisor partners of magii pension.

ONGOING ADMINISTRATION CHARGES: II. Deferral / Non-Safe Harbor / Profit Sharing
Based on Plan Design $1,490 (Base Charge) Plus
Charge per participant, Per Eligible: $28
I. Deferral/ Safe Harbor / Pro-Rated Profit Sharing
$1,185 (Base Charge) PLUS IV. Cash Balance Plan
Charge per participant, Per Eligible: $24
$5,350 (Base Charge)
III. Deferral/ Cross-Tested/ Enhanced Profit Sharing Charge per participant, Per Eligible: $85
$1,760 (Base Charge) PLUS Special Services such as ASC 715 reporting when
Charge per participant, Per Eligible: $39 needed or requested are quoted at the time of the
request and are not included in the base charge.

Fidelity Bond must be purchased
$100 Annual regardless of asset size (ACH payment option must be elected)
Custom Priced Bond Through Colonial Surety
$50 Annual fee for collection and maintenance of outside bond

IF AUTO DEBIT PAYMENT OPTION IS SELECTED; YOUR ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION
WILL BE REDUCED BY $100.00.

A delegated 3(16) plan administrator is an outsourced HR function that
saves you time by relieving many of the day-to-day administrative burdens
associated with sponsoring a plan. These benefits include:

Specific service and fiduciary provisions outlined in final, endorsed service agreement.
Client understands and accepts that magii pension FaSt services are intended to help alleviate the Plan Sponsor fiduciary burden, not eliminate it.

*Service is contingent on sponsor using magii approved and integrated payroll service platform

let magii do the rest so you can do what you do best!

You get a dedicated plan contact (a real-live person!) for your transfer or plan installation as well as
annual review calls, which will be scheduled, in advance. You’ll know when will speak and what we will
cover.

With over a 90% retention ratio, we are here for you now and in the future. As a small business, we
understand what you go through to start, run and maintain a successful organization! Ask us for our

Magii Service Warranty

Although our retention ratio is fantastic, sometimes it happens that we are not a great fit for each other
for whatever reason. If you are not happy with our services, we will work to get it right. If not, we will
help you to find another TPA

as your HR communication and administrative tool. Designed to facilitate employee self-service,
this online tool features a modern, streamlined user interface that allows employees access to
among many other items; company information, forms, announcements, and internal job
postings.

Year Round Support

Your assigned dedicated plan administrator will be in contact with you throughout the year (not just at
filing time) to answer any questions and discuss any recommended or desired changes to your plan design
to not only stay compliant but efficient and fiscally responsible.

Mark started the firm with a simple idea – to help advisors put more assets away,
help them move those assets faster, and help them retain the business longer. This
is a win for the custodians, advisors and plan sponsors we work with, and has
made our firm one of the fastest growing TPAs on Long Island.
Our teams of dedicated professionals focus on providing efficient, effective and

compliant retirement program for organizations of all types. Working with hospitals and unions to
charter schools and multi-state corporations, they take pride in providing customized plan design
and administration.

Mark has an advanced certificate degree from C.W. Post, and attained his BBA in Finance with
Honors from Dowling College. He is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business
Program, the nation’s premier entrepreneurial coaching program, and was honored in 2008 by the
Long Island Business News as a 40/40 Recipient, honoring the top 40 achievers under the age of 40.
In addition, he is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist® (CEBS®) designee awarded through the
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is an active member on several committees
for the National Institute of Pension Administrators (“NIPA”), one of the leading industry
associations for TPA business-owners.
Mark believes that his career is about service, and service has always been a big part of his life. He
donates his time and resources to the Riverhead Volunteer Fire Department, is an active donor for
Long Island Blood Services, donates personal and staff time to the Long Island Cares Food Bank and
is a strong supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation / MS Hope for a Cure.

Mark lives where he was raised, on the scenic North Fork of Long Island, with his lovely wife and
three beautiful children.

Jennifer Tammany

Director of Operations
Jennifer began her career in the restaurant business where she managed restaurants for the
first 15 years of her career. Thriving on the energy and customer service aspect of the
restaurant business, she moved on to become the New York Regional Customer Service
Manager for TruGreen Companies. Here Jennifer managed a team of 40 customer service
representatives in 8 locations. Building on both her financial management customer service
experience, Jennifer

has now made her home here at magii Group of Companies where she dons many hats from process
improvement to human resources to customer service and budgeting.

Jennifer and her husband were married on St. Patrick’s Day 2001. They have two beautiful children; son
Logan and daughter Laurel. In her free time, she enjoys movies with her sister, reading, and spending quality
time with her children.

Yvonne Roode

Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development, Yvonne Roode strives to enhance retirement
planning awareness with employers to achieve retirement readiness for their employees.
She partners with business owners, financial advisors, CPAs and investment
management firms to share knowledge about industry changes, trends and
opportunities to create customized retirement solutions.

Employers sponsoring a qualified retirement plan seek Yvonne’s expertise with
developing a sound governance process, implementing best practice fiduciary processes, promoting
disciplined savings opportunities and offering a robust benefit to employees. Clients rely on Yvonne as a
trusted advisor who puts the interest of her clients first and to share her expertise to address any
challenges that arise.

Yvonne has nearly 20 years of experience in retirement planning, having joined the industry in 1999.
Prior to that, she spent several years as a sales assistant in mortgage banking and real estate. Yvonne is
committed to enhancing and refining her professional skills and frequently attends Dale Carnegie
seminars, industry education workshops and has recently joined Toastmasters to polish her
presentation skills.

A native of Long Island, Yvonne’s family owned and operated Swan Bakery for 29 years. She has an
endless amount of energy and a variety of pastimes, including playing tennis and exploring the world
by traveling with her son. Yvonne’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2013, and she often
spends extra time in his assisted living community visiting with other residents that appreciate an extra
visitor.

Robert Lyden

Director of Retirement Plan Administration

Rob is a TPA with magii pensions services, LLP. His focus is administering retirement plans
for traditional 401(k) plans profit sharing plans and 403(b) plans.
Rob has 15 years of experience in the retirement field. Prior to working at magii, Rob was a
senior compliance manager for a large national plan custodian. There, he was responsible
for more than 200 SEP plans and 400 MEP locations. His focus was based on compliance
testing, preparing all types of allocations per plan design and completing the form 5500 and
assisting with plan audits.

Rob lives local in Islip, loves spending time with his wife and two children. He is also a big local sports fan.

Jeanine Caesar

Third Party Administrator
Jeanine is a TPA with Magii Pension Services, LLP. Her main focus is administering
retirement plans for traditional 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, and 403 (b) plans. She
has 10 years’ experience in the retirement field. Prior to working at Magii, Jeanine was a
compliance manager and operations manager at a large national plan custodian. She was
responsible for compliance testing, preparing allocations, completing the form 5500, and
assisting with plan audits. Jeanine graduated from Farmingdale State University with a B.S.
in Business Management.

Jeanine currently lives on the South Shore of Long Island. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time
with friends and family.

Nicole Pardee

Third Party Administrator
Nicole is a Client Services Administrator with magii pension services, llc. Nicole is part of
our distributions and loans team, and acts as a liaison between our vendors and clients.
She also assists our TPA’s with census preparation and data collection. Nicole has over 10
years’ experience in the retirement field. Prior to working at magii, Nicole was a
compliance analyst and operations administrator of a large national plan custodian. She
was responsible for all aspects of day to day operations; as well as, compliance
preparation, review and administration.

When Nicole is not working she enjoys spending her time exploring life with her young son and enjoying
time with her extended family.

Kristin Merola

Installation Manager

Kristin started her career in the retirement field approximately 10 years ago as a Compliance
Administrator Assistant for a large national plan custodian. Kristin acted as a liaison between
the clients and the Compliance Analyst. She assisted the clients with preparing their census
and submission in a timely fashion. Since then Kristin has moved to magii pension services as
a Installation Manager. She is continues her passion for great client services by working
closely with both the clients and vendors.

In Kristin’s spare time she loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
