when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
I’ll just draw a cartoon and I’ll feel better. It
makes me stop and takes me off my phone,
which I love. When I was pregnant, I [drew]
a collage of cartoons and wrote [Harvey] in
the centre. It’s now in his room and we say
goodnight to it as a part of his routine.”

LASTLY, WHAT’S ONE THING
YOU’D LOVE FOR US TO KNOW
ABOUT OUR WELLBEING?

“It’s what we touched on earlier, about
healthy looking different for each of us.
I think once we realise we all have a different
healthy balance in life, and what works for
you might not work for others, there’ll be less
comparing and less guilt around things like
how many times you exercise per week. And
we can all just live and do what works for us.
Try and hone into what makes you feel good…
and just aim to be happy.”
