Promotions and Title Changes
Promotions and title changes are designed to position CALIBRE to continue
our success as we implement our Strategic Plan. Each of these individuals
has demonstrated the talent and experience necessary to take on new
responsibilities that will enable CALIBRE to continue to succeed and to
provide value to our customers and business partners. A focus on employee
career achievements recognizes the value of our employees.

CALIBRE University Graduates Citizen Professional
CALIBRE’s employees are our most
important asset. CALIBRE University was Participants: 590 Participants: 440
established to develop entrepreneurs of all Graduates: 298 Graduates: 212
CALIBRE employees around the world.
The curriculum is designed to provide Manager Executive
exposure to all areas of employee-ownership,
business operations, and professional Participants: 122 Participants: 13
development. Because participation Graduates: 73 Graduates: 4
is voluntary and provides a means for
employees to prepare for future leadership Since Inception
opportunities, we recognize our graduates.

Length of Service with CALIBRE
The goal of CALIBRE’s recognition program has always been to create a
culture of sustained employee enrichment that identifies the valuable
employee contributions that move our company forward. Length of Service
recognition acknowledges the long-term commitment and loyalty of our
employees to CALIBRE.
Spot Bonus Awards
In order to recognize and reward employees for exemplary work, CALIBRE’s
spot bonus awards are given “on the spot.” This peer-to-peer recognition,
presented by an employee’s Director, inspires employees to celebrate efforts
that make a difference to our customers, the team, and CALIBRE.
